大家好。我是來自＊＊＊黨總支的參賽選手，今天我演講的題目是《爲用戶服務，電信局黨員衝鋒在前》。

“喂，您好，歡迎使用中國電信10000號客戶服務熱線，請問有什麼可以幫您”？每當您在使用電話、小靈通或上網遇到問題，撥打10000時

，您就可以聽到這樣如和風般的動聽話語；當您的問題獲得圓滿解決後，您是否感受到電信服務正如時下窗外和煦的春風，輕柔地溫暖着您的心田。

這，就是我們電信人的空中服務廳，每天24小時，從不間斷。我們的另一個對外服務窗口——營業廳，也是一樣。也許您會問：“他們整天不就是接接電話，受理業務，動動嘴皮子嗎？”其實不然。＊＊營業廳的共產黨員＊＊同志說：“我作爲一名普通的電信營業員，每天都會遇到形形色色前來辦理各種業務的用戶，有語調清晰談吐文雅的白領，有和藹可親慈眉善目的老人，也有性急如火、易發脾氣的急性子，我們都會盡心盡力地爲他們服務。我們最大的快樂是解決用戶的實際困難，同時給他們推介我們的新業務，使用戶的通信過程更爲暢通便捷，讓用戶切身體會我們是在用心服務。”

其次，要有耐心。既然用戶諮詢問題，就是對我們的信任。也許，我們的工作太細微，遇到的問題不一定每一個都很重要，但我們決不能輕視這些小問題，事無鉅細，我們都應該耐心的給予解答和解決。

還有一點那就是細心。整天與電話號碼、話費以及能精確到幾分幾秒的通話菜單打交道，如果不能做到心細如絲，那就可能“失之毫釐，謬以千里”。任何一個錯誤，都會給用戶和各個環節的工作帶來不必要的麻煩。只有捧出一棵真心，用戶纔會信任你。在“用心服務”的同時，帶上我們真誠的微笑，給用戶留下溫馨美好的印象。版權所有

商業客戶部的共產黨員＊＊＊同志正是這樣一個典型。他不顧基礎差、年齡偏大等不利條件，帶頭積極自學，經常不恥下問，還率先在家中自費購置電腦上網，下班後就投入到學習中，現在他已成爲我們定遠電信的寬帶服務專家。爲用戶服務，他有這樣的感觸，“每次當用戶深夜找到我們的時候，我們理解用戶不能上網時是多麼的着急，我們沒有推脫，而是義無返顧地爲用戶解決。因爲我們時刻銘記着‘用戶至上、用心服務’的含義！當用戶快樂的使用着中國電信的寬帶網時，我們心裏比蜜還要甜”。

我們常說，用戶就是上帝。也許，大家會覺得上帝虛幻了一些，其實，用戶就是實實在在的人羣，需要的是實實在在的感覺，而這感覺就是來自我們所提供的實實在在的服務。爲他們服務是光榮的，光榮的根源在於我們以用戶的要求爲我們的追求，時刻把“用心服務”作爲工作的準則。我們做每一件事情，都直接或間接地在爲用戶服務，我們爲此而感到無限的光榮。寄於這種光榮，我們百倍地努力，忘我地工作，每天24小時保障用戶的通信暢通。不僅白天緊張地忙碌，下班後也要爲他們服務，每逢重大節假日期間，別人已經休息了，我們仍然繼續工作。雖然辛苦，但只要看到他們滿意的笑容，我們就感覺一樣的快樂。
