my dear mr. and misses, my fellows schoolmates,

good morning! as you know and see, it is a sunny bump harvest season. in the city, in our school campus, everywhere is surrounded with roses which we together planted 4 years ago. today may these roses and our friendship as well be together and comfort our excited hearts!

it was four years ago that everyone of us came from every part of china and formed a new collective. as we are young, it’s very easy for us to communicate. it was in the past four years that we were ambitious. it was in the past four years that we worried. it was in the past four years that we were content. it was in the past four years that we were vexed. it was in the past four years that we were friendly and lonely ... and it was in the past fours that we studied, lived and respected each other with genuine and with our ambitions. nothing in the world is more significant than we miss all of these.

we miss you─teachers who are tireless in teaching; we will keep your gestures and your white hairs in our hearts deeply; we will miss the quietness with the lights at night in the classroom; we will miss the race and exercise on the playground; we will miss even the crowds in the dining hall and the quarrel on the beds; we will still miss every green piece and every piece of waste paper flying like flakes in the air ... however, today we will leave nothing but the first rose with our alma mater and our teachers which is entrusted with our love and respect.

4 years seems very long but 4 years seems very short. from now on, we all will go into the society. the society is broad and wide for us. we will shoulder heavy responsibilities; we will work diligently; and we will expect to be informed of good news from one another. now, i beg you all to cherish the occasion; to remember the names, the status, appearance and the character of the person around you. now let’s be hand in hand together; let’s present the rose to each other. may the rose carry our appreciation and blessing! we are very closely linked no matter what the world may be. may the fresh rose in our hands keep its fragrants!

一、前言

汶川大地震一周年纪念，人们以各种方式寄托哀思，同时也陷入无限的反思中。五四青年周年纪念的到来，更加赋予了青年一代新的责任与内涵。大学生是活力四射的一代，奋发图强的一代，是祖国的未来，这两次周年纪念日的到来更加赋予青年新的责任和新的思考。学生们通过演讲展现他们的决心与思考。

二、目的及意义

丰富校园文化生活，推动校园文化建设，浓厚学术氛围，锻炼大家的演讲能力，提高大家的口头表达能力，同时给大家提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台。提高学生综合素质，一次比赛，两种语言，缩短中文和英文之间的距离，展现当代大学生风采。加强校演辩协会宣传，丰富社团活动，加强社团与学生之间的交流。

三、活动安排

比赛时间：4月中旬～5月中旬

比赛地点：报告厅

参赛对象：大一、大二学生

比赛安排：（1）前期报名：1、通过海报宣传，自由报名参赛

2、各学院推选选手参赛

（2）比赛要求：1、演讲内容健康，积极向上，反映大学

生良好的精神风貌，展现自身魅力气质。

2、文体不限，脱稿演讲

3、参赛选手应做好充分准备，真正体现

自己的思考与心得。

（3）比赛流程：比赛分为初赛阶段和决赛阶段

1、初赛阶段：选手分中文组，英文组，围绕“90后，

在身边”这一主题进行2分钟的演讲，每组安排多名团委学生会相关人员当任评委，各组取前10名。总共20名选手进入决赛。

2、决赛阶段：

a. 创意自我介绍部分，用创新的手段进行自我介绍，

使观众能留一下深刻印象，尽量联系年轻一代精神，时间2分钟。

b．命题演讲部分，围绕“记忆”主题进行3分钟演

讲。

c．现场回答评委提问，决赛现场将邀请外籍教师等

专业老师当任评委 。

二、演讲部分评分标准（70分）

（一）语言能力及应用（20分）

1、语音语调标准，口齿清楚，语句流畅，用词准确，无明显语法错误，显示出较强的语言能力，记满分20分。

2、有个别发音错误，或偶有语句不畅，或有个别用词不当，或有个别语法错误时，均应扣分，但扣分不超过10分。

3、语言表达能力差，语句不流畅，或有多处词汇、语法错误时，则得分不超过10分。

（二）演讲内容（20分）

1、演讲有较强的思想性、逻辑性、说服力和感染力，能结合实际，有独立见解，记满分20分。

2、思想性一般，缺乏表现力度与层次，均应扣分，但扣分不超过10分。

3、演讲内容空洞，缺乏条理，逻辑性差时，则得分最高不超过10分。

（三）演讲技巧（20分）

1、善于正确运用面部表情、手势，音调抑扬顿挫，富于变化，有熟练的演讲技巧，能吸引观众，有较强的艺术感染力，记满分20分。

2、演讲技巧一般，面部表情不丰富，或语音单调时，均应扣分，但扣分不超过5分。

3、演讲呈背书状，表情呆滞，无感染力可言时，则最高分不超过10分

（四）时间掌握（5分）

1、在比赛规定时间内完成演讲，记满分5分。

2、演讲时间延迟超过30秒者，均扣2分。

（五）整体形象（5分）

举止得体，情绪饱满，仪态端庄，气质良好，记满分5分。整体形象有所欠缺者，视具体情况扣分。

（五）回答问题部分（30分）

评委根据选手现场表现，从回答问题的准确程度、语言表达的流利程度等方面综合评定。

各位领导、各位老师：

大家上午好！

金秋九月，秋风飒爽，丹桂飘香，风光无限。我们从祖国的四面八方走来，相聚在白玉兰之都、黄浦江之畔、临港之滨。我们相约水大，因为我们选择了教师这个天底下最崇高的职业。今天，对我们来说不仅仅是毕业典礼，更是我们新上岗教师的誓师大会。

水大在今年的11月将迎来她九十五周年华诞，九十五年沧桑巨变，九十五年磨砺奋进。九十五年，水大为国家培养了大量经世致用的人才，为国家的水产事业做出了巨大的贡献。我们今年新上岗的教师，有幸见证水大九十五周年的辉煌史。站在水大新的百年发展史的潮头，我们作为水大的教师，该怎样为实现把水大建设成为国际上有重要影响的、高水平特色大学的宏伟目标，做出自己应有的贡献呢？下面，我就以一名辅导员的工作为切入点来谈谈今后怎样做好一名教师。

我认为，做好辅导员，就要做好“4321”工程。即拥有四颗心、清醒三种认识、带好两支队伍、抓好一种管理。

“四颗心”指“爱心、细心、耐心和责任心。如今，“80后”、“90后”的大学生逐渐走进我们的视野，这些生长于社会转型期的学生所具有的独特的代际特征，都是我们今后工作的注意点。当前大学生思想状况存在“五个反差”：即责任感强，责任意识弱；认同感强，践行能力弱；参与意识强，辨别能力弱；主体意识强，集体观念弱；人性特征强，承受能力弱。因此，作为高校的思政辅导员，要把“四心”扎根心田，在教育中体现情感，在情感中无形教育。

三种认识指对“知识”、“能力”、“责任”的认识。大学最重要的功能之一就是培养合格的社会主义建设的接班人。因此，我们思政辅导员不仅要引导同学们学好建设国家的专业知识，还要带领他们投身到广泛的社会实践中，受教育、长才干，提升自己的综合素质，提前与社会实现微缝对接。同时，大学生们身上还肩负着民族伟大复兴的历史责任，大学生身上的社会责任意识将直接支撑未来中国脊梁的硬朗。因此我们在今后的工作中要不断深化三种认识的教育，培育出德才兼备的合格人才。

两支队伍是指班级团学干部和党员队伍。两支队伍的建设中，党建是核心，要发挥领导作用，团建是抓手，注重突出服务和育人功能，两只队伍的建设的好坏将直接决定班级的集体归属感和凝聚力。

一种管理是指学生的自主管理。学生进入大学后，思想已基本成熟，辅导员的功能重在导而不在辅，因此，我们要把更多的精力放在搭建学生“自我管理、自我教育、自我服务”的平台建设上。

在百年校庆即将拉开帷幕之时，我想代表新上任的教师向全校师生作出承诺：我们会用心感受，虚心求教，做孜孜不倦的学习者；我们会以身立教，为人师表，做崇高师德的力行者；我们会开拓创新，追求卓越，做教育改革的实践者；我们会育人育心，满腔赤忱，做教育事业的奉献者。相信百年老校将在“勤朴忠实”校训的指引下，在我们的共同的努力下，将成就更灿烂的辉煌！

尊敬的领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好。

我是信息工程系08网络的张耀文。在此我很荣幸可以代表08级所有毕业生站在这里，向给我平台让我成长的母校表达一份不舍，向关心照顾我们的老师诉一声衷情，向一直无怨无悔支持我们的父母说一声感谢，向风雨中一直与我同行的朋友们道一声珍重。

还记得三年前初来这个学校时的样子，大学联考失利的我，失落、彷徨，却仍勉强着给自己一个微笑，告诉自己说“生命给了什么，我就要享受什么。纵使这里不是我理想的学校，我依旧要让它成为我理想的跳板。”或许真的应了那句老话，失之东隅收之桑榆，在这个我最初眼中又小又旧的学校里，我却得到了太多意想不到的收获。开学时老师的热情让我踏实，生病时班主任的关心令我感动，失利时领导的鼓励使我有了重新再来的勇气。还有那些日子，军训时的同甘共苦、学习时的互相帮助、工作时的荣辱与共，让我明白无论什么时候我的同学们都和我在一起，无论什么样的困难都有人同我一起走过。

台湾女作家张晓风曾经在她的文章《浪掷》中这样写道“青春太好，好到你无论怎么过都觉浪掷，回头一看，都要生悔。”每每读到这句话时，我都觉得我可以骄傲的说“三年来，我从未后悔过”。或许没有抱着吉他在女生宿舍楼下唱过歌、没有通宵dota、cs的经历、没有拎着酒瓶子和哥们儿们在大街上打过架是青春的一种遗憾;或许有时过于步步为营让我几乎忘了冒险是什么感觉;或许在学生会工作养成的小心谨慎让我没有纵情的玩、肆意的闹、勇敢的逍遥过。可是我不曾后悔，因为三年的学习生活让我明白，青春的代名词不应是放纵，而是责任，成长的责任。

记得在那个迷你老校区的开学典礼上，校长曾斩钉截铁的同我们说“我们这届学生的毕业典礼一定会在我们宽广美丽的新校区举行。”我记住了，并带着这样的期许熬了三年，的确，是熬，因为无论是对新校区的憧憬，还是对毕业的渴望，三年的每时每刻，我都在焦急的等待着，等待那一天的到来。可当我终于等到，发现校园对了，足球场对了，教学楼对了，一切都和我梦想中的大学一样，可是感觉却不对了，原来在这个令人羡慕的校园里我竟然开始怀念那个小得用30秒就能跑完一圈的小校区，怀念西南村的包子和豆皮，怀念每次晚上学生会开完会我们都要翻墙进入的理工食堂，怀念那个被厚脸皮的我们称为“中德后花园”的水上公园。有人说“当一个人开始回忆的时候就证明他已经老了”。想到自己80后的身份，我不得不承认自己的确是老了。因为我不止回忆，还强烈的怀念，不止怀念，还疯狂的不舍。不舍我的老师我的同学们，不舍中德里的每一个回忆。以前总是渴望毕业，渴望学士服加身时的那种满足。以为毕业了就可以不再因为工作、学习时间不好支配而纠结;以为毕业之时就是我大展宏图之际;以为我可以潇洒的转身，不带走一片云彩。可是我发现我错了，原来当我真正要离开这个曾经让我有诸多抱怨的学校的时候，我虽有勇气和校门外的新生活说“你好”，却不敢回头和里面的一切说“再见”。因为我太知道在这里自己究竟收获了多少，得到过多少关爱，经历过多少锻炼、懂得了多少哲理。也太知道这个学校所给予我的早已不是曾经的我所以为的一个“跳板”所能给予的。我想不出此刻的我除了弯下腰，深鞠一躬以外，还能对我的母校说些什么。(ps：我不是抒情派，not at all，我是凡客)

there are times when you are going to do well, and times when you're going to fail. but neither the doing well, nor the failure is the measure of success. the measure of success is what you think about what you've done. let me put that another way: the way to be happy is to like yourself and the way to like yourself is to do only things that make you proud.

there's that old joke, not very funny, that goes, “no matter where you go, there you are.” that's true. the person who you're with most in life is yourself and if you don't like yourself you're always with somebody you don't like.
