其次，自我介紹要有論點和論據，不能只有論點而沒有論據支撐。比如要說明自己有很強的意志力，可以表述爲“我每天堅持晨跑3000米，我冬天都堅持冷水洗澡，既節約了生活費用，又鍛鍊了毅志”。介紹社會實踐和實習情況，可以說“一天最多銷售60臺電視機，我的大學期間學雜費和生活費有一半是自己掙來的” 等。
