面試看長相 氣質 性格。一般是問些生活問題和與病人的溝通技巧問題 不用太擔心。

在這5分鐘的時間裏，有你的自我介紹，還有考官對你的提問。這種提問包括職業認識、職業道德、專業知識以及溝通技能。在這些提問中容易出問題的還是專業問題，因爲在提專業問題時，醫院的管理者容易出在醫院的醫療工作中需要了解的，或工作中容易遇到的問題。

各種專業的人員都 要爲病人服務，都要執行醫療的一些規定與制度，所以如果學的不是臨牀，也應瞭解臨牀的一些重要的核心制度與對醫生的要求，不要只注意自己專業知識，不顧及臨牀的周邊知識。在瞭解臨牀周邊知識的同時，更要掌握自己本專業的相關知識，使得全體面試官看到的是一位專業知識熟練全面的、理想的專業人員。而不是不但周邊知識不掌握，對自己所學專業的知識都不掌握的，讓人不能信任的應聘者。

未發生過責任事故、糾紛或大的失誤，但是診治偏差有時還是有的，特別在初入這個行業時。隨着經驗的不斷積累、專業理論的不斷豐富，基本上很少出現大的偏差。

9、從業經歷中印象最深的一件事？（醫生脫崗等）

。。。年，我剛上班半年時，，有個同事在大年三十下午值班室去理髮店理髮，在他離開期間，有個病人病情出現變化，儘管值班護士及時給予了基本處理，但是醫生接到通知趕到病房時，病人已經死亡。家屬因此向醫院提出了鉅額賠償，雖然並未通過司法程序。該醫生也因此被調離臨牀轉崗。那時病人的維權意識與現在比不可同日而語，但是仍然給我留下了深刻影響——對醫生來說責任重於泰山。而且家屬說了句話，令我至今記憶猶新——如果醫生當時在場，無論病人出現任何結果，我們絕不會想到院方有任何責任。

10、收入、付出倒掛，醫生競爭力特別強，衝擊高學歷，社會負面評價多，從業中有無困惑？

當然也有，這種情況與社會的不斷髮展、各種社會制度的不斷完善、公民的維權意識等有關。但我既然選擇了這個職業，就要堅定地走下去，我個人還是比較熱愛醫療事業的，認爲醫生是受人尊重的職業，少數不良之人並不能代表整個醫療界，社會上總是需要甘於奉獻的人羣。

11、你認爲作爲一名醫生，應具備什麼樣的素質？

知識的更新能力、良好的職業道德、良好的服務意識、嚴謹的工作作風。

12、工作的過程中，遇到你與上級領導/醫生的診治有較大差異時如何處理？

加強探討與交流，仔細分析臨牀資料，開拓思維，通過交流得出準確的判斷，爲病人做出及時正確的治療。同時醫療行爲不是單純的下級服從下級，關鍵是圍繞病情做好科學的診療。當然作爲上級醫生其經驗、能力高度不同，工作中一定要虛心地向他們學習、交流、探討。

13、遇到疑難雜症時你如何處理？

這種病人往往需要住院系統的檢查、治療。入院後，我會認真按照診療程序、充分發掘自己的醫療知識，對病人進行診斷。3日確診不能完成，要請上級醫師或科主任查房，7日仍然不能確診的話，就要申請科內病例討論，或全院相關專業大會診。

14、如何看待當前社會上相對緊張的醫患關係？

一方面來自醫生、醫院自身，確實存在少數醫生收受紅包、索要回扣、責任心不強、業務能力差以及醫院管理混亂等現象，對於醫院、醫生是一次失誤，對患者是100%傷害，甚至是致命的。因此，存在上述現象的醫院頻發醫療事故和引發的社會負面評價在所難免，也是可以理解的。我想，通過提升醫生素質，加強醫院管理，這種現象是會得到改觀的。

另外一方面，社會輿論的引導很重要，要肯定醫療行業的主流，否則容易誤導羣衆。醫療行業是個受人尊重的職業，和樂於奉獻的羣體。非典事例、甲流。。。恰恰說明了這一點。

1、儘快瞭解科室基本情況：如熟悉科室人員的職稱結構及個人能力，檢查各項制度的落實情況，瞭解科室設備及運轉情況，檢驗醫療應急措施實施效果，瞭解科室開展的技術項目及科室文化。

2、在行政管理上，根據上述瞭解的情況，針對不足，做出相應的完善或改進措施，及時跟進其落實情況；根據人員的技術特點及能力，進行合理分工。
