面試自我介紹技巧及範例

面試自我介紹過程很多人都會多多少少有些緊張的感覺，而一旦緊張就會影響到自己的表達方式，同時表達能力是面試過程非常關鍵的一點，許多求職者比較容易犯的一個錯誤就是語氣過分的做作。千萬不要小視這個自我介紹，它既是打動面試考官的敲門磚，也是推銷自己的極好機會，因此一定要好好把握。那麼如何把握好面試自我介紹語氣的表達方式呢？

首先接到面試通知後，最好在家打個自我介紹的草稿，然後試着講述幾次，感覺一下。

其次自我介紹時首先應禮貌地做一個極簡短的開場白，並向所有的面試人員示意，如果面試考官正在注意別的東西，可以稍微等一下，等他們注意轉過來後纔開始。

然後注意掌握時間，如果面試考官規定了時間，一定要注意時間的掌握，既不能超時太長，也不能過於簡短，以2-3分鐘爲宜。

第四介紹的內容不宜太多地停留在諸如姓名、教育背景、工作經歷、時間等東西上，因爲這些在你的簡歷表上已經有了，你應該更多的談一些跟你所申請mba有關的工作經歷和所取得的成績，以證明你確實有能力勝任所申請商學院的mba。

第五在做自我介紹時，眼睛千萬不要東張西望，四處遊離，顯得漫不經心的樣子，這會給人做事隨便、注意力不集中的感覺。眼睛最好要多注視面試考官，但也不能長久注視目不轉睛。再就是儘量少加一些手的輔助動作，因爲這畢竟不是在做講演，保持一種得體的姿態也是很重要的。

第六要與自己的情況基本符合，不可誇張。面試中的自我介紹不可避免地會有一些人爲修飾成分，這些修飾主要是對自己優點、個性等的總結提煉，而不是有意誇大或製造出事實上並不存在的優點，總的來說應是與個人基本相符。

第七面試結束時要根據場景，根據自己的表現及面試官當時的話語，說再見或感謝之類的話，沒有統一的模式。

要想讓人力資源考官們欣賞你，你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有應考職位必需的能力與素質，而只有你對此有信心並表現出這種信心後，你才證明了自己。 所以我們要充滿自信的自我介紹！

應聘者在談自己的優點的一個明智的辦法是：在談到自己的優點時，保持低調。也就是輕描淡寫、語氣平靜，只談事實，別用自己的主觀評論。同時也要注意適可而止，重要的、關鍵的，要談，與面試無關的特長最好別談。另外，談過自己的優點後，也要談自己的缺點，但一定要強調自己克服這些缺點的願望和努力。
