案例一 如何把握時間?

研究生畢業的小劉很健談，口才甚佳，對自我介紹，他自認爲不在話下，所以他從來不準備，看什麼人說什麼話。他的求職目標是地產策劃，有一次，應聘本地一家大型房地產公司，在自我介紹時，他大談起了房地產行業的走向，由於跑題太遠，面試官不得不把話題收回來。自我介紹也只能"半途而止"。

有的“缺點”並不是缺點，而是一般意義的誤會造成的，這時，你應及時澄清，縮短與對方心理上造成的差距。一個 求職 者出身於高幹家庭，他到一個普通公司去 面試 ，在介紹自己時說：“我的父親雖然是高幹，但他對我的要求很嚴格，洗衣服等活，從來不讓保姆給我做，由於我是在這種環境中長大的，獨立意識和獨立精神很強，從不依賴父親的職權，所以，到你們公司，無論什麼苦，我都能吃??”這位 求職 者抓住出身高幹容易引起人們產生不能吃苦的誤會的關鍵點，從談自己的父親如何對自己的嚴格要求入手，談到自己對家庭出身的看法和對生活所採取的態度，以至讓對方瞭解自己吃過苦，能吃苦的品質，這樣一來，就縮小了與用人單位的距離。

有的考官常常對那些表現令人滿意的考生提出令人尷尬的問題：“從事某項工作你有什麼主要缺點或不足？”有的考生連連搖頭，回答說沒有，甚至有人反問：“您說呢？您給我指出來好嗎？”等等，而有的人卻非常聰明，他們既不掩飾迴避也非直截了當，而是聯繫大學生的共同弱點（缺乏實踐經驗、社會閱歷較淺等），結合本專業的發展趨勢（知識結構不甚合理、專業知識不足以應對新的挑戰等）及個性中的缺憾（如過分追求完美，可能開拓精神不夠，或過於追求工作效率，小心謹慎不足等等），講講自己正在克服和能夠改正的弱點，談理想與現實中的差距，講那些表面是缺點但對某項工作有益的個性等等。既體現了謙遜好學的美德，又正面回答了這一難題。心理研究表明，人際交往存在三種狀態，一種是權西式、一種是理智式、一種是衝動式。在面試中更需要理智式的交往，而理智來自於充分準備，深思熟慮，而不是幼稚衝動。

一個人有缺點並不可怕，可怕的是不敢承認它、改正它，反而強詞奪理。從辯證的角度看，缺點與優點是相互轉化的，前提是正確地認識缺點，實實在在地改正缺點。“橫看成嶺側成峯”，對缺點本身來講，有

第一，自我介紹時，切忌“自吹自擂”要“有的放矢”。自我介紹是一種說服的藝術，聰明的應試者會以招考單位的工作要求與測試重點組織自我介紹的內容，不僅僅要告訴考官們你是多麼優秀的人，更要告訴考官，你如何適合應聘的工作崗位，針對崗位“有的放矢”，而與面試無關的內容，即使是你引以爲榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛捨棄，切忌“自吹自擂”。
