面試時的自我介紹是面試的首要問題。

當你應聘時，你往往先被問到的就是請先介紹介紹你自己。這個問題看似簡單，但求職者一定要慎重對待，它是你突出優勢和特長，展現綜合素質的好機會。回答得好，會給人留下良好的第一印象。

回答這類問題，要掌握幾點原則：

1.開門見山，簡明扼要，一般最好不要超過三分鐘。

2.實事求是，不可吹得天花亂墜。

3.突出長處，但也不隱瞞短處。

4.所突出的長處要與申請的職位有關。

5.善於用具體生動的實例來證明自已，說明問題，不要泛泛而談。

爲了表達更流暢，面試前應做些準備。而且由於主考喜好不同，要求自我介紹的時間不等。所以最明智的做法應是準備一分鐘、三分鐘、五分鐘的介紹稿，以便面試時隨時調整。而一分鐘的介紹以基本情況爲主，包括姓名、學歷、專業、家庭狀況等，注意表述清晰；三分鐘的介紹除了基本情況之外，還可加上工作動機、主要優點缺點等；五分鐘介紹，還可以談談自己的人生觀，說些生活趣事，舉例說明自己的優點等。面試時，時間的把握一定要準確，充分利用給你的時間，展示你自己的才華，不能超時，也不能不到時間就停，所以，面試前的充分準備是你必不可少的工作。

基本禮儀：

一般不應由親友陪同面試，避免給人留下不成熟的印象。

不要緊張，保持自信和自然的笑容，一方面可以幫助你放鬆心情，令面試的氣氛變得更融洽愉快；另一方面，可令考官認爲你充滿自信，能面對壓力。

面試前：

應對所有職員保持禮貌，要知道，他們可能成爲你的同事。

進門前先敲門，和主考人禮貌地打招呼。

面試時：

談話時要與考官有恰當的眼神接觸，給主考官誠懇、認真的印象。

點頭不可太急，否則會給人留下不耐煩及想插嘴的印象。

談話時切忌東張西望，此舉有欠缺誠意之嫌。

身體語言：

待主考人邀請時才禮貌地坐下，坐的時候要保持筆直。

留意自己的身體語言，要大方得體。蹺腿、左搖右擺、雙臂交疊胸前、單手或雙手托腮都不適宜。

＊切忌一些缺乏自信的小動作：

男士應避免把弄衣衫、領帶及將手插進褲袋內；

女士不宜經常撥弄頭髮，過分造作。

避免把弄手指或原子筆、眼鏡及說話時用手掩嘴。

面試完結離去時，向主考人道謝及說“再見”。

回答問題的態度：

態度誠懇，不宜過分客套和謙卑。

不太明白主考人的問題時，應禮貌地請他重複。

陳述自己的長處時，要誠實而不誇張，要視空乘職位的要求，充分表現自己有關的能力和才幹。

不懂得回答的問題，不妨坦白承認，給主考人揭穿反而會弄巧成拙。

語調：

語調要肯定、正面，表現信心。

儘量避免中、英文夾雜。

儘量少用語氣助詞，避免給主考人一種用語不清、冗長、不認真及缺乏自信的感覺。

講錯話要補救

在講錯話之後，你亦不要放棄，必須重新振作，繼續回答其它問題。

其它：

不要打斷主考人的話，因爲這是非常無禮的行爲。

主考人可能會問你一些與職位完全無關的問題，目的在於進一步瞭解你的思考能力及見識，不要表現出不耐煩或驚訝，以免給用人單位留下一個太計較的印象。

切忌因主考人不贊同你的意見而驚惶失措。部分主考人會故意反對應聘者的意見，以觀察他們的反應。
