通過這四周的學習，我們學習到了很多東西，懂得了很多。 工程預算，其實沒什麼高深的技術，能看懂圖紙，會加減乘除、開方也就夠了。如果你能把科學計算器用熟的話，那工作就更簡單了。預算員很好做，特別是從技術口轉到預算口，那就更容易了。做預算不難，做好了就不容易，難就難在經驗積累上。

裝修工藝非常的複雜，工序比較多，特別是裝修材料種類太多。對於工序與工藝，這可以通過看規範及施工工藝方面的文章瞭解，或者到工地看工人的操作方法。對於材料費，是最難處理的了。品質、規格、顏色等都一樣的材料，因爲生產廠商的不同，單價可能相差幾倍或是更多。還有，假冒名牌材料，經驗差的根本就分辨不出來，但價格相關極大。發現，最不好做的預算有就是裝飾、智能化。個人認爲，裝飾工程的主要利潤點就在材料費上。因此，材料單價的確認是一個難點。另外，人工費單價應該在招標過程中確認，不要留缺口。掌握了施工工藝、材料價格確認方法、人工費的確認方法，則你的預算就會是一份好的預算。

從這一點上來講，降低成本還是有辦法的。別處，定額的損耗也是降低成本的一條途徑。爲什麼建設方在結算時會毫不留情的狠砍一

刀？就是因爲太多的施工企業在結算時的撈一筆，失去了誠信。對於可降低成本的地地方，例舉一條：１、人工費。特別是零星用工， 要做到最少的零星用工；２、臨設。不用說了，這一點偶最反感了，北京某些單位一個工地 的臨設費用多達百萬以上，太離譜了吧！那錢可是工人們的血汗錢呀！３、建築廢料。廢物 利用、處理要有一個管理；４、定額損耗。５、材料採購；６、機械利用、週轉材料的利用率等等。還有非常多的成本點都是可以降低的。

預算就是經驗，最好一個工程一個人從頭到尾管。 現在的清單報價還是套定額。有些方面反倒麻煩了。 老外不一樣，有清單，隨便你怎麼報，拿管道報價來說，我套過定額，工程量清單也報過按焊口（管道寸徑）報過，按米報過按噸也報過。。。。 最好都知道一點，萬變不離其中，多種方法測算。

實現這一目標的必經途徑是工程招標投標價格的逐漸市場化，最終形成市場價格機制，使工程價格在充分的市場競爭中不斷趨於合理。因此，作爲一名工程造價諮詢人員在推行工程量清單報價中應不斷地進行學習與思考。

從這課中還學到了工程量清單作爲招標文件和合同文件的重要組成部分，招標人計價行爲，在技術上避免招標中弄虛作假和暗箱操作以及保證工程款的支付結算都會起到重要的作用。
