目的:

讓團隊成員互相用新的方式來介紹自己;

通過團隊成員的進一步互相瞭解來建立團隊;

使自我公開成爲團隊的準則之一.

方法一:

讓參加遊戲的人從自己的手提包、錢包或口袋裏拿出兩樣東西（比如：家人的照片、信用卡、護身符等）

當他們向團隊作自我介紹的時候，讓他們藉助自己拿出來的東西，來描述一下自己（比如，“我有點迷信，我相信護身符可以保護我們”；“這是我賺到的第一元錢，我到現在還保存着。” ）

方法二：

要求每個成員說出他們自己的名字，並在名字前加上一個形容詞。這個形容詞要能描述自己的主要特點。如，嚴肅的小杰，愛唱歌的小娜，富有想象力的瑪麗等。

方法三：

讓團隊成員在進行自我介紹的時候不要光說自己的名字，還要說出一個他們現在或以前使用的綽號，或是將要使用的綽號-----如果他們能給自己取一個的話。

在休息的時候，應當鼓勵成員們相互告知和探究這些綽號的由來。
