班主任工作是管理人的工作，我所面對的又是朝氣蓬勃，有思想，有感情，自我表現欲強的一年級學生，所以一個學期下來，給我最最強烈的體會是：班主任工作中既要有宏觀的羣體管理，又要有微觀的個性發展;還要有強烈的前瞻性;工作更要細緻的落實到位，只有這樣才能使學生在班上健康全面發展。作爲一年級班主任，我針對我們班活潑好動的特點，做了如下的工作：

一、加強常規教育，培養孩子們的自覺性。

回憶起開學第一個月的情形，的確比較辛苦。每天如 “ 母雞孵蛋 ” 一般坐在班中。從坐站、舉手、排隊、用餐等一一教起。一個星期之後，學生漸漸地知道了每天何時當做何事。於是，我結合制定的工作計劃，利用晨會、班會等時間，從紀律、學習、衛生、安全、人文素養等方面，對學生進行規範化教育，使他們明白該做哪些事情，不該做哪些事情。時間一長，學生的行爲規範大有進步，已基本上適應了國小生活。

二、多表揚多獎勵，激發孩子的上進心。

每天的早讀課，我都會鼓勵孩子用自己的方式朗讀課文，並在巡迴檢查的過程中，將認真讀書的學生大肆表揚，下課的時候把他們叫到面前談談心，誇誇他們的優點。學生積極性大增，每天早讀課他們都學習自讀課文。每天的教室打掃和其他的行爲習慣，我也都會沿用早讀課的獎勵方法，併到一星期結束時進行全面評價，各方面都做得好或在某一方面有進步的，特別是壞毛病改掉一些的，我都會獎他們一顆星，利用孩子的上進心鞭策他們。小朋友看到班級中的表揚榜上的星星都特別的開心，有的小朋友甚至早晨到班級中來的時候都要認真的看一看星星是不是掉了。

三、和家長多聯繫，多交流，共同促進孩子的發展。

我認爲，一個人的成長離不開家庭的影響。教師對孩子的影響再大，如果得不到家庭的響應與合作，必然是勢單力薄的。所以我經常利用家長接送孩子的時候，與家長交流，表達自己對教育孩子的看法，反映孩子的在校表現和提出一些建議等等。

一學期不知不覺過去了，從學生進校到現在，可以說孩子們的進步是很大的，會學習，會表達，能與老師、同學交流，能主動做好班上衛生，有的小幹部也當得有模有樣，並能比較自覺地遵守學校的各項規章制度。

四、做好後進生的轉化工作

我們這個班，後進生還是有幾個。因此，轉化後進生是班主任的一項必不可少的工作。我認爲對後進生要給予特別的關愛。要做到思想上不歧視，感情上不厭倦，態度上不粗暴。要用自己對差生的一片真誠的愛心，去叩響他們的心靈之門。要善於發現他們的閃光點。比如：在課堂上不要緊緊盯着優等生，應多給後進生創造條件，鼓勵他們舉手發言，及時給予肯定、獎勵，使他們也能自信地面對學習。課外積極輔導，多與家長聯繫，爭取家校聯合爲學生創造一個良好的學習環境，同時也促進班級學習氛圍。

五、經常與任課教師取得聯繫，瞭解學生的學習情況，協同對學生進行學習目的教育，激發學習興趣，培養刻苦學習的意志，教會學習方法，學好各門功課，並掌握學生的課業負擔量。

通過以上工作，本班學生紀律、學習、衛生、日常行爲規範等都有了較大轉變，爲今後的教育教學工作打好了基礎。當然，班主任工作是一門科學，需要不斷探索，在今後的工作中我將不斷努力，盡心盡責做好這一項工作。

一.工作能力方面

1.在教學過程中始終貫徹新課程改革的教育理念。準確的理解和牢牢的把握新課程的核心理念，讓課堂走向生活，面向學生的生活世界和社會實踐。以自主，合作，探究的學習方式，讓學生參與教學，讓課堂充滿新活力。

2.嚴格要求學生，尊重學生，發揚教學民主，使學生學有所得，不斷提高，從而不斷提高自己的教學水平和思想覺悟，順利地完成了教育教學任務。

3.把教學過程視爲師生合作，共同發展的互動過程，實現了教師的角色轉換、課程與教學的整合，有效的提高了教學能力。

二.業務學習方面

1.加強理論，經驗文章以及綱要的學習。多學習，廣泛學習教育教學理論知識，努力形成比較完整的理論知識結構，

2.認真參加每一次的教研活動，並認真做好記錄。

3.觀摩校內優秀教師的課程，並認真做好記錄和分析。在教學過程中所涉及到的問題要積極主動的向有經驗的優秀教師請教和學習，取長補短。

4.多專研，做到了認真備好每節課，並鑽研教材，努力上好每一節課。在備課過程中認真地分析教材，根據教材的特點及學生的實際情況設計教案。在課堂上，努力調動學生的積極性，儘可能使每個學生都參與到課堂中來。

5.認真做好教學反思，做到了學習——實踐———交流———總結。並認真的做好反思記錄，記錄自己的不足之處和待提高的部分，及時的改正，使我在教學過程中能做到揚長避短，爭取一次比一次有進步，以夯實基礎。

6.增加了閱讀時間，多讀書，多記錄。在課餘，我堅持經常看書、看報，如《青年教師》、《新教育》、《德育報》等雜誌和報刊。多采集各方面的信息，不斷的填充和彌補自己，提高自己綜合文化知識的含金量。爲了解教學方面的動態信息，還經常上網找一些優秀的教案課件學習，努力提高自己的教學水平，使我收穫不少，無論是在和學生相處的技巧，還是課堂教學的合理安排上，我都有了很大的進步。

7.提高課件製做技能，並充分利用學校的多媒體教學器材，廣泛的應用於教學中。

三.個人素質方面

1.不斷學習和思考，提高自己的職業道德水平。

2.親身實踐，按職業道德方向去做，促進自我素質的進一步提高和完善。

3.自省自檢，注重個人的語言，儀表等方面的規範和端正，並不斷的自我反省，更好的履行爲人師表的標準。

以上是我本學期的自我提高總結，這學期的工作雖然即將結束，但在今後的教育教學工作中我會繼續努力工作，以真摯的愛，真誠的心履行我的教育職責。
