尊敬的各位領導、老師：

大家下午好！古希臘哲學家蘇格拉底曾經說過：“世界上最快樂的事，莫過於爲理想而奮鬥。”今天我正是爲了我的理想而來。我叫xx，原來在xx國小工作，近幾年來一直從事國小英語的教學，今年因工作調動，調整到我們xx國小工作，我感到非常的高興，同時，也非常感謝我們學校領導能給我這樣一次展示自我、成就自我的機會。我今天我競聘的崗位是三、四年級的英語教學。

20xx年我畢業於北華大學外語學院師範英語專業，四年的大學學習讓我掌握了紮實的語言功底。作爲年輕教師，我從不敢懈怠，堅持利用業餘時間學習，提高自身業務水平。通過一年的教學工作，我的教學業務水平得到了很大的提升。今天，我競聘的是高二年級理科英語教師，之所以競聘這個崗位，基於以下三點原因：

一、瞭解並熱愛我的學生。

這一屆高一學生從入學開始就擔任一二班的英語教學工作。在一年的教學實踐中，我揣摩着，嘗試着，與他們真誠溝通交流着，已經非常熟悉每個學生的性格特點和學習現狀，這爲教學工作的進一步開展，奠定了堅實的基礎。

二、我有紮實的專業知識。

我深知英語學科在學校基本學科教學中的地位和作用，明確英語教師的職國小班主任競聘責和任務，也明白英語教師所應必備的素質和要求，所以，自工作以來，我始終不忘學習，勤鑽研，善思考，多研究，不斷豐富提高自己。

三、我有較好的年齡優勢。

我正當青春年華，精力旺盛，敬業精神高，能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學工作中去。這一點也深受學生喜愛。

爲了趕上課改的步伐，我利用課餘時間學習了《英語課程標準》，深入瞭解它的基本理念。其中強調教學要面向全體學生，注重素質教育，特別強調要關注每個學生的情感，激發他們的興趣，幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心。所以在教學中，我始終以學生爲中心，發揮他們的主體作用，採用以學生爲中心的教學思路，充分考慮學生的現有基礎，興趣愛好，學習風格等差異。讓學生體驗和積極參與，建構知識，形成積極的態度，促進語言實際運用能力的提高。

以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優勢條件將有助於我更好的開展英語教學工作。

如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔任三四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。

一是認真貫徹執行黨的教育路線、方針、政策和學校的各項決定。

加強學習，積極進取，求真務實，開拓創新，不斷提高自己的綜合素質、創新能力，用自己的勤奮加智慧，完成好教學任務。使我校的英語教學上一個大的臺階。

二是做一個科研型的教師。

教師的從教之日，正是重新學習之時。新時代要求教師幼兒園班主任競聘具備的不只是操作技巧，還要有直面新情況、分析新問題、解決新矛盾的本領。進行目標明確、有針對性解決我校的英語教學難題。

三、做一個理念新的教師。

目前，新一輪的基礎教育改革早已在我市全面推開，作爲新課改的實踐者，要在認真學習新課程理念的基礎上，結合自己所教的學科，積極探索有效的教學方法。大力改革教學，積極探索實施創新教學模式。把英語知識與學生的生活相結合，爲學生創設一個富有生活氣息的真實的學習情境，同時注重學生的探究發現，引導學生在學習中學會合作交流，提高學習能力。

四、做一個富有愛心的老師“不愛學生就班主任競聘報告教不好學生”、“愛學生就要愛每一個學生”。

作爲一名教師，要無私地奉獻愛，處處播灑愛，使我的學生在愛的激勵下，增強自信，勇於創新，不斷進取，成長爲撐起祖國一片藍天的.棟樑。用質樸的心愛護學生，用誠摯的情感染學生，用精湛的教學藝術薰陶學生，用忘我的工作態度影響學生。

尊敬的各位領導，各位老師，我會珍惜現有的每一個機會，努力工作，發揮出自己的最大能力，以高尚的情操、飽滿的熱情上好自己的英語課程，享受我的教學樂趣！最後，在以後的教學工作中，我會嚴於律己，夯實基礎，鑽研業務，團結協作，虛心向老教師請教，與時俱進，把服務學生服務老師的工作做好，我有信心決心搞好英語教學工作，爲東光的明天貢獻自己的綿薄之力。

genghis khan, “khan of khans”, was the great leader of mongolians. at the end of 12th century, he united mongolian tribes and challenged other powers to expand his huge mongolian empire, which extended from south china to the caspian sea.

in 1277, khan attacked the west xia kingdom （presently ningxia） and encountered strong resistance. he died of disease and age. the great emperor was later buried secretly according to mongolian custom. it says that after the burial 2,000 men were slaughtered by some 800 soldiers who were in turn executed so that the location of the real tomb remains a secret.

there are four sacrifice ceremonies held annually to commemorate the great hero and leader of the mongolian people. the ceremony, held on march 21st on lunar calendar, is the grandest. after the ceremony, horse racing, archery and wrestling are held as entertainment.

many people are throwing all kinds of dirty things into the water. factories are pouring waste material into the water. therefore, water sources have become so badly polluted that some of the water is unfit to drink or to use. now it is high time that we should do something to protect our water environment from being polluted.
