2、至於存款如何凍結，只要去銀行說明此筆款項是用於出國留學保證金用，銀行就會在自己給您按照相應流程凍結，以便能輕鬆地從銀行拿到《個人存款證明書》。要想從銀行順利拿到50萬元至100萬元的存款證明書，那麼必須提早6個月至18個月到銀行開立儲蓄存款賬戶，在儲蓄存款賬戶內的本幣、外幣、定期、活期、憑證式國債、外匯理財產品，均可申請開具《個人存款證明書》。

1、學歷要求

2、英語要求

美國大學都要求學生在申請時提供英語成績，基本要求爲本科託福不低於500分。申讀研究生不僅要求託福550分以上，可能還需要提供其他相關英語成績，如理工科、文科及數學專業要求gre成績，商科專業要求gmat成績，牙科專業要求dat成績，醫科專業要求mcat成績，法律專業要求lsat成績等。但也有些美國大學對於申請研究生課程的學生不要求gre或gmat成績。優秀的英語成績可以幫助學生申請不同程度的獎學金。

3、經濟要求

由於學校和專業的不同，美國大學的學費相差很大。一般來說，社區大學的學費爲每年2014美元左右，而有些優秀的私立大學每年的學費和膳宿費高達28000美元。美國大學的本科課程爲4－5年，碩士課程爲1－3年，博士課程爲5－7年。對於申請家庭陪讀的學生，每年其配偶的費用爲5000美元左右，子女的費用爲每人每年4000美元左右。家庭醫療保險費用每年大約3500－4000美元。對於那些持有學生簽證而又想工作的學生，美國移民法律有非常嚴格的限制，持有最普通的f－1簽證，每週可兼職或校內工作不超過20小時。
