莫斯科大學藝術系藝術學2014屆碩士研究生

各位領導、各位評委：

大家好！我叫呂楠，今年28歲，莫斯科大學藝術學碩士研究生畢業，來自香港攝影報。非常的高興和感謝各位領導及評委給予我這次珍貴的機會，今天能站在這座講臺上參加貴臺的招聘演講，對我來說，一直是心中的夢想。

當我還是在學生時代的時候，爲了理想和感知世界，我選擇了留學。自從2014年留學至今，已有近十年的海外學習生活，先後在俄國與美國完成了本科至研究生階段的學習，在藝術學研究生學界中取得了優異的成績，多篇學術論文在大學裏發表，同時任藝術系研究生會的代表並多次成功組織接待了國內高校的學習訪問，贏得了院方的表獎，同時也是莫斯科大學藝術系第一位中國籍碩士研究生學位的獲得者。在這十年的國外學習與生活中，我努力着建立和完善自己的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，受到了西方文化的薰陶與感染，充實了自己的學識，開闊了視野並培養了自己不同的藝術審美觀。

我涉獵新聞傳媒工作是在2014年，在一次偶然的機會我接觸到新聞傳媒行業並幸運的加入了香港攝影報社，做了一名記者，從事美術攝影採編工作，到現在也有了6年的傳媒工作時間了。在這段期間，通過不斷地學習和實踐，自已的理論水平、業務技能得到了不斷的提高，積極、主動地開展工作，勤奮學習，結合自己在藝術領域的知識

以及在海外的見解敢於創新，並從參加的各項省市文化藝術活動中，積累了相關的傳媒經驗和編導組織能力。在這每一個過程中都蘊含了行裏領導和同事對我的支持和幫助，同時也傾注了自己辛勤的汗水。

可能各位評委會有所疑問：學習古典藝術，怎麼能和新聞傳媒工作有着關聯呢？關於這一點，我個人認爲：新聞傳媒與文化藝術有着十分微妙的關係，它們兩者之間以人們的生活做爲紐帶，彼此共同起着推動精神文明建設的重任，相互形成了分形共氣的聯繫。文化藝術來自平凡的生活，從與時俱進的角度來說，文化藝術方面的活動更是新聞媒體萬盛的源泉，新聞的即時性、隨機性以人民的文化生活爲土壤才得以創造性的飛躍。藝術來源於生活，傳媒則服務於生活。

在來演講之前，我曾對央視、鳳凰衛視和美國cnn有線電視新聞網的成功之道做過一些瞭解和分析：

長期以來，央視作爲中國的媒介之王，其信息資源的獨佔性無可匹敵，頻道全天24小時播出，同時不遺餘力的塑造具有影響力的精品欄目和名牌主持人，在廣告經營方面不斷更新廣告的招標政策，並且藉助在政治上的獨具優勢影響着中國文化的發展，對推動中國文化及信息傳媒事業中作出了山河衆川的巨大貢獻。

鳳凰衛視能取得今天的成就，是因爲在其新聞報道理念、主持人包裝、運作模式的方面的獨到之處，很好的迎合了當今大衆的收視心理和履行了當今時代所賦予媒體的職責。地處經濟發達、信息多元、文化交匯的國際化都市香港特區，藉助無法比擬的地緣優勢，敢於嘗

試和勇於探索的進取精神，使得只有十年發展歷史的新興媒體在全國媒介佔有了不可動搖的一席之地。

世界新聞先驅cnn有線電視新聞網，一直致力於爲觀衆提供透明度高、準確客觀的各方面新聞消息，併爲觀衆提供有關國際問題的全面可靠的報道。(請你支持)其分佈世界各地的新聞分社擁有大批獲獎記者，提供直接而有力度的新聞報道，並且有每小時都爲觀衆提供各個方面最新消息的新聞傳播網絡。cnn獨特的具有超現時代的新聞新概念和無比的創造力，由此讓cnn博得了全美乃至全球新聞界的無尚讚譽。

從以上三臺成功的地方，我們不難看出他們的某些共同性：都是以資訊的報道、主持人的推廣與合理的廣告策略屹立在當下競爭殘酷而激烈的信息傳媒的象牙塔尖之上。顯然，這裏有很多地方是值得我們傳媒行業予以肯定、加以探索和努力學習的。

新聞是建立多國文化和信息資訊的第一橋樑，21世紀是信息大爆炸的時代，人們對信息的渴求愈發強烈，信息對人們開展工作，學習知識及生產生活具有重大的作用。所以我認爲：

第一：電視媒體頻道的建設需要全面、快速而真實的資訊爲先，從新聞、訪談、科教、藝術、體育、娛樂等各個方面入手，以深度訪談、談話、辯論類欄目爲點，提供新聞背景、分析、評論、綜述、意見等來增加新聞的深度和廣度；培養具有品牌效應的主持人，優秀的主持人能讓節目充滿活力，在風格上獨樹一幟，拔得頭籌，爲節目贏得聲譽，使頻道成爲觀衆們目光聚集的新聞焦點；構建系統完善的廣

告營銷策略，與國內國際建立了一個更加全面的全球範圍的信息網絡，拓展任何可能的市場機遇，促進廣告營銷呈逐步上升的趨勢。

第二：開創和引領新時代潮流的3g技術的運用及拓展，嘗試開展與國家通訊業在創新移動內容、產品、服務和應用的開發與合作，使得頻道的資訊作爲實時移動通訊的內容，與手機媒體互動，增強節目的參與性，對有影響力的節目開辦wap論壇並凝聚人氣，進一步的擴大電視臺的影響力，併爲增加自身業務能力和資本增值提供可能。

第三：作爲有着五千年曆史的國度，我們能忘記先祖們爲我們開創並遺留下來的古老文明嗎？當然是不能的，相反的可以說這是一種信息資源的浪費。我們要吸取和借鑑本民族文化特有的精神，沿襲萬年間值得保留的傳統，博衆家之長，融會貫通，在迎合世界信息時代飛速發展的步伐的同時，開創中國文化的新信息傳媒。

評委們，當你們獲得種種成功與榮耀的時候，一定不會忽略一個角色，對，它就是集體。所有的成功其是一個偉大的集體所帶來的艱辛的付出，這種光榮同樣也屬於集體中的每一員，屬於大家。一個人的成功並非完全靠一己之力，而是得到了衆多人的協調與幫助。在集體的光環下，我們依附團隊的力量，鼓舞起團隊合作的無私精神，樹立良好的工作作風，讓我們開發並展現出具有新時代團隊精神的無限的潛能。

對於自己的不足之處，誠懇的說，我認爲自己的年齡相對年輕，從事新聞傳媒工作的時間較短，與資深的媒體人相比，我可以說是初出茅廬，欠缺了傳媒工作的經驗。但是我具備學識，有着對藝術的感

悟和對文化的理解，我需要的是磨礪和實踐。也許你們不會，也許你們會相信，我對自己充滿着信心和熱情，從未放棄朝着自己的理想而去奮鬥，憑靠自己的創造力左右着自己的未來。在面對瞬息萬變的信息傳媒時代，慣性思維制約着發展，唯有青年的熱情，膽識與智慧才能開拓新信息傳媒時代的新視野，創造新文化。

傳媒工作帶給了我精神上更多的激情，可以通過自己的理念和思想來改變生活，也是創造文明價值的新動力，爲人類的情感注入更廣闊的元素，豐富了生命賦予我們的意義。所以我們要結合天時地利人和，審時度勢，揚長避短，辦出自己的特色與優勢，竭力爲新聞傳媒工作做出貢獻，提高企業的創收，爲貴臺贏得美好的聲譽，樹立起內地傳媒品牌的新形象。

人類追求知識的結晶，對科學的苦心鑽研，向任何未知的冒險；我們所擁有的技術和無限的想象力，甚至是來自戰爭的經驗；我們犯過錯誤有過失敗，遭受過苦難，但在人類的歷史上，只有一種偉大的情操，能讓我們永遠的邁向前方，那就是：勇氣！

最後，我想引用歐.亨利的一句話：一旦 熱愛上她 什麼奉獻都不難。
