我覺得，作爲一名中國教師，必須具備以下這些精神：思想積極，要求進步，擁護中國共產黨領導，愛崗敬業，無私奉獻。我在92年任教以來，一直以愛國心，事業心，責任心“三心”爲動力，全身心投入教育教學工作，以良好的師德形象，獨具特色的教育教學方法，在廣大師生中贏得了良好的聲譽。

教育工作中，我把課前精備、課上精講、課後精練作爲減輕學生負擔，提高教學質量的教學三環節，面對有限的課時，我以改革精神探索提高教學效率的科學方法，激發學生自覺參與學習的意識，最大限度地提高單位時間裏的教學效益。把提高教學效益當作首要任務，把課前精備、課上精講、課後精練作爲減輕學生負擔，提高教學質量的教學(推薦訪問範文網)三環節。課前精備，是指上課前把功夫下在深入鑽研教材，廣泛蒐集有關資料，精心設計課堂結構及教學方法上，特別是認真研究怎樣“用最節省的時間、最簡潔的方法讓學生掌握最多的知識，並促使學生最快地轉化爲能力”。課上精講，是指在課堂教學中，集中時間，集中精力，講清教材的重點、難點、疑點、能力點、思路和規律，激活課堂氣氛，教得生動，學得主動，充分發揮課堂潛在功能。課後精練，是指在課後作業的安排上，本着質量高，數量少，內容精，方法活，形式多樣，針對性強的要求，精心設計，合理分配，嚴格控制作業數量。

先後擔任三年時間班主任工作。積極探索班級管理新路子。所帶班級班風純正，學風較端正。倡導“嚴謹、求實、啓智、育人”的教風，不斷加強自身師德，提高業務素質，努力把學生培養成爲熱愛國家、愛社會、愛他人的時代青年。愛學生如親人，對學習成績優秀的學生予以更大的支持，對成績或生活情況較差的有自悲心理的學生予以鼓勵和幫助，日常通過班會、團活、升旗、宣傳欄等形式開展活動以培養學生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，鼓勵學生竟選學生幹部，樹立起自強自立精神。我提出的“擡頭做人埋頭學習”的要求已成爲學生的自覺行動。

我大膽改革勞動技術課的教學模式，將“我講你聽”的“滿堂灌”變成授課、實踐和競賽等雙向交流的多種方式並存，活躍了課堂氣氛。我運用錄音、錄像投影等現代化手段，增強了教學直觀性、趣味性，受到學生的普遍歡迎。組織學生開展野外實踐活動並指導學生撰寫實踐報告、小論文，在提高應用能力方面作出了可貴的探索。學習是手段，創造纔是目的。在教育學生時我以培養能力，發展智力，造就新型人才爲目的。以思維能力及創造力的培養爲突破口，以地理課堂教學爲主陣地，以地理課外活動和社會實踐活動爲兩翼，全面滲透創造力培養的教學原理、原則與策略，在探索中國小生創造性思維規律，開發中國小生創造潛能的途徑等方面取得了突破性研究成果。

學生思維能力及創造力培養是時代的需要。一是注重提高學生的自學能力;二是提高學生的參與意識;三是能使學生養成不盲目接受、深入思考、敢於否定、勇於發表見解的優良心理品質，培養了學生創造性思維能力。
