它從頭到腳一身黃，從遠處看特顯眼！一雙小眼睛炯炯有神的東望西望，好像在說：我還要熟悉熟悉環境呢！毛絨絨的羽毛下面，縮着兩個小紅爪子。

它呀，連睡覺都跟別的鳥兩樣兒。嘿！真可愛！黃色的羽毛最令人驚奇。一般的鳥羽毛的顏色都是咖啡色的，顯的很普通。

可黃鸝的羽毛的顏色卻是金黃色的，真奇怪！我想，它可能是去染過毛趕流行吧！一雙黑色的小眼睛嵌在那小小的頭裏，一眨一眨的。好像在說：“你們不要再傷害鳥類了！”說的那麼悽慘與肯定！小紅爪子從那黃色的羽毛裏伸了出來，一伸一曲，好像在領着大家做體操呢！“來，一二三四，二二三四……”紅色的爪子在黃色羽毛的襯托下更加突出了黃鸝的美麗。怪不得說“紅配黃，亮堂堂”呢！啊，太可愛了！黃鸝鳥兒連睡覺都不跟別的鳥兒一樣。每當夜幕到來時，黃鸝就飛到杆子上，把它那金黃色的毛絨絨的身子捲成一個大圓球。這個時候，你就會看到一個“小毛球”立在杆子上，我不說，你還真不知道那是小鳥黃鸝在睡覺呢！啊，賊可愛了！黃鸝鳥的歌聲也是遠近馳名的。每天早晨，人家從不睡懶覺，早早的起牀，還“嘰嘰喳喳”的把我也叫了起來。

“嘰嘰喳喳”好像是在說“一年之計在於春，一天之際在於晨”呢！每當我放廣播的時候，小鳥也爭着說、唱，把整個家都搞得雞飛狗跳的。我喜歡的小動物—黃鸝鳥兒有特點吧！其實只要你細心觀察，就會發現每一個動物都有它的特點和可愛之處。要保護動物呀！
