演講的技巧

演講者就古物本質屬性的某一面，進行剖析、昇華。某一“靈感”，可能導致演講者“萌生”主意，在這個意念之下，所選擇的演講材料就要服務於主題的表達了。而主題定向，就決定了演講的優劣高下。因此，無論是講人、議事，還是論理，都不能停留於表面，而是由表及裏、由淺入深地挖掘事物本質從提示事物主旨出發選擇和確立角度。

筆者曾觀看了成都“偶像與青春”青少年演講大賽。有幾位選手的演講就很有味道。“我覺得，他們也是普普通通的人，和你、我、他都一樣，只是在某些方面更具天賦，成績突出罷了??我們卻往往只抓住他們的長處而忽略了他們的短處，比如知識、處世、人格??我們青年人應該正視自己的長處，發展自己的長處，把偶像身上的長處有選擇地拿來，彌補我們的不足。把對偶像的那種理想化的寄託，合乎現實地放在自己身上，作爲一個努力的目標。”

《青春需要崇拜偶像》則認爲：

“青春需要偶像，因爲青春時代是我們樹理想、立志向的時代，偶像是我們忠實的朋友，偶像是我們成長進步的參照物。以他們的經歷鼓勵我們，使我們的生活塗滿燦若春花的色彩。生活中哪怕有再大的風雨，只要我們心中有永不褪色的偶像，那麼我們頭頂將是一片燦爛！”演講者緊緊抓住“參照物”在我們青年人的人生理想、事業成就、生活情趣等方面大做文章，旨在“青春需要偶像”。

這兩篇演講，其主題都提示了“偶像”本質上的東西，但由於角度不同，其主題也就不一樣了。可見，從不同角度去認識客觀事物的本質，就會得出不同的結論，也就可以形成不同的演講主題。換言之，對於同一事物，選取的角度不同，立意也就不一樣了。

演講又稱演說（oration)，是一門綜合性的藝術，是語言的一種高級表現形式，是藝術地表達出語言的基本意思，是一種有計劃、有目的、有主題、有系統的視聽兩方面信息的傳播。它可以使見解一致的聽衆更堅定其原有的信念，同時，力爭不同見解的聽衆動搖、放棄、改變其原有的思想觀點，心悅誠服地接受你的意見。

演講者的手勢是演講者在演講時手部動作的姿勢。

演講活動是演講者與聽衆進行思想、意念和情感交流的過程，是人際交流的高級形式。演講中不但不講，而且有演，“講”不是一般地說話嘮嗑，在聲音、音調等方面有一定的要求；“演”不是一般的表演，

而是一種“演示”。演講中的道具沒有別的，除了面部表情之外，主要是依靠手勢，可見手勢在演講中是十

分重要的。

手勢是演講者拆諸聽衆視覺、給聽衆以演講者直觀形象的構成部分。也是交流、傳播思想、意念和情感的最重要的輔助手段。誠如早期馬列主義宣傳家葉·米·雅羅斯拉夫斯基所說的：“演講者的手勢自然是用來補充說明演講者的觀點、情感與感受的。”因此，手勢既可以引起聽衆注意，又可以把思想、意念和情感表達得更充分、更生動、更形象，從而（轉載自第一範文網http://，請保留此標記。）給聽衆留下更深刻、更鮮明的印象和記憶。

手勢的運用沒有什麼固定模式，完全是由演講者的性格和演講的內容以及演講者當時的情緒支配的。因人而異，隨講而變。但是手勢揮動的高度卻有個一般的約定俗成的範

圍。按演講者的身材可分上、中、下三個部位。上位，是從肩部以上，常在演講者感情激越，或大聲疾呼、發出號召、進行聲討，或強調內容、展示前景、指未來的時候；中位，即從腹部至肩部，常是心緒平穩，敘述事實，說明情況、闡述理由的時候運用；下位，即在腹部以下，這個部位的手勢除指示方位、例舉數目而外，多用於表達厭惡、鄙視、不快和不屑一顧的情感，或介紹、評說反面的事物。

當然，這些都不是絕對的。手勢的運用各有各的習慣和技巧。中心問題是要與演講言詞的意義相協調，突擊演講的內容和情感。

演講的開頭，是演講者與聽衆的一座橋樑、紐帶、起着不可低估的作用。一個好的演講開頭，能爲全篇演講定下基調。一篇演講詞，起類別是屬於議論型、敘事型，還是抒情型，其格調是莊重嚴肅、喜慶歡快的，還是詼諧幽默的，往往在演講稿的開頭即可體察品位出來。演講稿的開頭，一般有下面幾種方式：

（一）提問式開頭

直接提出一個發人深省的問題，或是一個人們普遍關注的、急切需要解（轉載自第一範文網http://，請保留此標記。）決而一時難以解答的問題，緊接着予以回答，構成“提問式”開頭。

（二）懸念式開頭

（三）揭題式開頭

以片語驚人的方式，揭示主題，構成“揭題式”開頭。

（四）警語式開頭引用深邃而新穎的格言，或採用哲言雋語、名言警句，構成敬語式開頭。（五）故事式開頭講一個親切感人的小故事，以感人的情節來吸引聽衆，構成故事式開頭。

競聘演講稿

國中副班長競聘

老師同學們大家好，今天是班委選舉的日子，我打算競選我們班的副班長。以下是我的工作計劃：

衆所周知，班級的事情都要由班長和副班長一起負責。所以，如果我有幸當上副班長，我將和班長及另一位副班長合作管理好班級。首先，我們應該整治我們班的紀律與行規，雖然大部分同學都做得非常好，但是有一小部分同學上課經常講話、不遵守紀律，特別是當老師有事還沒到教室時，教室演變成了他們“自由發揮”的天地：大聲喧譁、不聽班委管理、打擾同學等。最令人惱火的就是已經把名字記上了“黑名單”，那些同學還不理不睬、我行我素。對於這種同學，如果無法跟他們的講道理的話，那就應該與班委和老師一起討論出處罰方案，教育這些同學。只有這樣做，我（轉載自第一範文網http://，請保留此標記。）們的行規才能成爲年級第一。

大學班長演講稿

大家好！新學期剛剛開始，前段日子我也沒做什麼吸引大家眼球的地方，大家對我可能還是比較陌生。大家會覺得這小樣哪冒出來的，是我們班的嗎？我現在就簡單的做個自我介紹吧。我叫林鑫傑，來自福建省福州市，畢業於福建省師大附中。我是一個比較開朗的男生，我的興趣還好啦。我國中時就長成這樣，身體比較壯當時還一度選入校隊。高中時還是這樣，個子不高所以改爲踢足球，參加過福州市的五人足球賽，因此我對足球和籃球有着很深的感情。高中時我的同桌是我們學校的“歌神”，在他的薰陶下我唱歌還是不錯的。我平時還喜歡看一些歷史和人物傳記的書。

我在國中是當了三年的副班長，高中時當過保衛委員。以往的經歷爲我今天競選班長掙添了籌碼。我的競選優勢是有比較強的協調能力.組織能力與溝通能力。這次很榮幸能與大家分在一個班，同時我也想爲大家做點貢獻。

班長是一個班級的核心，也是老師與同學之間的一座橋樑。我願意當任這座橋樑，在老師面前爲同學謀福利，爲班級爭榮譽。大家和我一樣在這個人民民主專政的班上，只是普通的老百姓，大家可以看到我的名字有三個“木”，我需要的滋潤才能良好地成長。所以地競選口號“從羣衆中來，到羣衆中去，是當一名平民班長。

同樣因爲大家相互間的陌生，在我們班的大集體外還存在一些小集體。所謂的小集體就是宿舍之間的舍友或者是相鄰的宿舍同學相互比較熟悉而組成的小集體。還有的是來自同個地方的老鄉相互比較投緣也會組成一個小集體。這是一個好現象，我希望把這些小集體聯成我們班級的大集體。所以我想在每個宿舍多選出舍長和每個省的聯誼會會長。然後大家經常做一些研討會來帶動小集體轉化爲大集體。我也會和班上的同學討論，出臺一些適合我們班的班級公約、班級口號與及班歌等一些措施來增強同學們的集體感。

今天站在講臺上的我，不在是18歲前的我，身上減少了一份做事有頭沒尾、三分鐘熱度的孩子氣，增加了一份對別人，對自己大的責任感。請大家相信我能夠勝任營銷四班的班長的職務，把手中神聖的一票投給我。我將會用99度的熱情，加上同學們1度的信任，使這100度的開水沸騰起來。謝謝大家！

高中團支書競聘稿

尊敬的聶老師，女生，兄弟們：

大家上午好！

the first time i saw bao was in XX, the year when thomas and uber cup was held. at that time he was playing against li zongwei, who is also a good player from malaysia. bao beat him. to tell the truth, at first the reason why i liked him was just because i thought he was pretty.*(maybe it is not a suitable word, but i think no better word can describe him, he is really pretty!) from that time, i have focused on him. then gradually, i found that he not only has good appearance, but also has a talent for badminton.

he is very tall, about 1.90 meters. he is the tallest one among all the players in the chinese badminton team. in XX, he is chosen as the flag holder stands for china in the opening ceremony in the 15th asian games held in doha. it was the first time that the badminton players were chosen to take over the special task, before which time, it belonged to the basketball players. it was a great honor. and it also proved that bao was an excellent athlete. we are all proud of him.

此標記。） is not good to him. he seldom beats lin dan, so he gained a name which is called’千年老二’. in fact, his techniques are comprehensive, but he is lack of passion, the desire to win is not so strong. so he always has misplays. due to this, he seldom wins the gold medal. i think this is related to his character. he is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. so this affects him while he is playing badminton. in a period of time, critical voice has come towards him. he is under great pressure. he was not in the best state. but recently he cheers up again. several days ago, the chinese badminton championship XX was held in guangzhou. i went to see him on saturday. i was very excited, and i shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me. there is no doubt that he won the game. before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited i was at that time! the next day, he beat li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. all of us are very happy. after 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.

i think this will be the energy of his advancing. and i hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th olympic games held in beijing!
