隨後,記者又詢問了幾家家政公司和中介公司,得到了同樣的答覆。僅有三四家公司表示可以幫忙聯繫保姆,但可供僱主挑選的餘地並不大。一家公司甚至明確表示現在找保姆的人比保姆多好幾倍,僱主已經沒有優先選擇權了,得先徵求保姆的意見。而一些小規模的中介公司,甚至乾脆就說這幾年根本沒有開辦此項業務。

在萬幫家政公司,一位前來找月嫂的張先生告訴記者,自己和妻子都是外地人,妻子生產後,母親從貴州老家趕來伺候月子,一個人既要照顧大人孩子,又要洗衣做飯,根本忙不過來,所以想找個月嫂。“我跑了好幾家家政公司了,人家說月嫂最難找,都是生孩子前幾個月就提前預訂!”“都說現在找工作難,可我覺得找個保姆比找工作還難啊!”張先生滿臉無奈地說道。

記者在採訪中瞭解到,現在很多求職者都不願意從事保姆工作,即使工資近千元。目前我市保姆從業人員基本上都是下崗和農村的婦女。她們更多地會選擇照顧老人,主動要求帶小孩的很少。

在位於紅星路南站的正達家政公司,當記者詢問是否考慮從事保姆工作時,兩位來沅陵的20歲左右的女孩十分堅決地搖了搖頭。“現在的年輕人哪有當保姆的啊!工資再高也不去幹這種伺候人的活,家裏人也不願意啊!再說了這要是傳到親戚朋友耳朵裏,就沒有面子了!”

正達家政公司的全經理告訴記者,雖然通過中介公司找保姆雙方都得把保姆工資的10%作爲中介費,但現在不管僱主還是保姆都喜歡找中介,因爲萬一出了問題起碼有個地方可以找。而現在的中介公司對雙方的登記情況也很謹慎,除了登記身份證和家庭地址,還得親自前往雙方家裏看看,向周圍的居民瞭解一下情況,如果是租的房子或是外地人必須得先找個當地的保人。“我們對雙方都得負責,要是不仔細點萬一出了問題,我們的責任也不小啊!”

家庭保姆工作職責和工作要求協議書

一、 崗位說明:

1.家政公司派遣其僱員到我方做家政服務工作,基本工資爲1500元,我方爲保姆提供正常的住宿條件,和一天三餐的正常飲食。

2.保姆在此崗位工作滿一個月,家長會根據保姆的實際工作表現決定是否提高此崗位工資及提高的幅度。

3.保姆的醫療保障和醫藥費用由家政公司與保姆個人承擔,與家長無關。

4.家長提供的崗位工資中已包含有各項保險費用。

5.假期和辭職(每月休息爲2天,如特殊情況要休幾天需把下個月的休息天數往前移):1天的假期,需提前三天通知家長,得到家長同意後方可休假。兩天及兩天以上的假期,需提前7天通知家長,得到家長同意後方可休假。辭職,需提前一個月通知家長。

8、如照看孩子與做家務、做飯等工作衝突,應先照看孩子。待孩子睡覺時再做家務。

(二)注意清潔衛生:

1、每週一次用抹布清潔桌面及地面衛生,注意打掃衛生死角。

2、隨手整理家中的雜物,保證並保持居室整潔、乾淨、有秩序。

3、每天清除生活垃圾,用塑料袋裝好,放於公共垃圾桶處。

4、保證食物和餐具清潔衛生;餐具清洗必須使用洗滌靈(但不可過多)去除油污,並用清水洗淨,勿使殘留。

(三)負責做飯(早、中、晚三餐)。

(四)負責清洗、晾曬、熨燙、整理衣物。 (保姆的衣服自己手洗。 )

(五)其它

1、注意防火、防盜。

獎懲
