She is often seen by historians as a seductive, potentially poisonoustemptress, however this is not necessarily how Hughes-Hallet interprets her; toher she is plainer, more ambitious and less cruel.I think it is difficult toseparate fact from fiction when it comes to ancient history and especially inthis case someone as constantly redesigned as Cleopatra.

History has taught me to make substantiated judgments and to interpret andanalyse external material as well as my own opinions.I find History intriguingbecause it gives me the opportunity to study the development of human societyover a inquisitive mind has further contributed to my enthusiasmfor the subject and I enjoy working all three of my subjectshave honed my writing skills, to be able to select and organise knowledge andcommunicate it coherently and specifically, Sociology has beenhelpful in discerning social trends, and understanding something of the humanpsyche; and English Literature allows me to study works, in theseskills will enable me to read History at university.

美國留學入境注意事項

一、行前準備

行李的整理可以參考其他人的經驗，大家可以直接進行搜索，會有準留學生整理的清單，大家可以多查閱幾份，進行篩選和整合，列出清單在進行整理，能夠提高效率。

主要就包括個人的證件，如護照、簽證等;還有現金和銀行卡等，需要隨身帶好;生活用的牀品、洗漱品、衣服等酌情攜帶;還要準備好自己的電腦和手機，以及轉換電流的插頭等。

此外大家還要保證提前三個小時抵達機場，辦理登機的相關事宜，需要換取登機牌，然後託運自己的行李，在整理的時候就應該分好隨身帶的東西和進行託運的東西，便於區分。

二、在飛機上

大家登機後要按照空乘人員的指示，放好行李繫好安全帶，手機也需要調試好，等待飛行平穩後，纔可以做其他的事情，如果有特殊要求，可以直接提出來，基本上都可以滿足。

還需要在飛機上填好入境卡，需要向工作人員索取，包括I—94卡和CF-6059申報單，都需要使用英語填寫，並且不能夠進行塗改，如果填錯了可以重新拿一張新的。

三、入境流程

大家下了飛機之後，要接受海外人士的入境檢查，出示本人護照、SEVISI-20或DS-2019表，以及在飛機上填好的I-94入境卡和CF-6059申報單，並且回答海關人員的問題。

目前除了材料和行李的檢查之外，還會對大家的電子產品進行檢查，大家在出國之前，應該對自己的社交軟件的記錄進行清理，手機的內存也要進行清理，防止出行不當言論和其他敏感信息。

美國留學衣食住行攻略

一、衣

在本地買衣服和買鞋是比較簡單而且容易的，價格也不會很貴，所以大家出國的時候準備衣物只需要換洗的兩三套就夠了，不用增加自己的負擔，不過可以帶上正裝和禮服，正式場合需要穿。

而一般買衣服大家可以直接去商場，一些快銷品牌會經常打折，換季也會比較快，價格是比較划算的，不過大家也不要買太多，因爲更新會比較快，而且累積起來也是一筆不小的開支。

二、食

這裏的餐飲會偏西式一些，主食是麪包麪條等，此外三明治沙拉也很常見，肉類會以牛肉爲主，在食堂內吃飯的話一般提供的是自助，菜色很多可以自選，從主食、飲料、甜點都齊全。

在外面吃飯的話，是需要支付小費的，而且所有的飲料都可以無限續杯;大家還可以定外賣，又很方便的APP Yelp和Pinterest;中餐也很容易獲取，不過價格稍貴，或者大家也可以自己做。

三、住

學生的住宿一般是學校的宿舍Dorm，一層樓有多個臥室，每層樓會有公共的衛生間和浴室，還有廚房和客廳，大家可以隨意使用所有的公共物品，不過衛生需要共同維護。

還可以租房子住，比較常見的是Apartment，提供Studio、1B1B到4B4B的戶型，前者是單人間，後者是一室一廳到多室多廳，一般面積會更大一些，大家可以享受更舒適的生活。

四、行

如果大家的學校是在交通比較方便的市區的話，可以直接坐公交地鐵，滿足自己的生活需求，辦卡之後會更划算，交通路線也很完善，大家想去的地方能夠直達。

不過如果是比較偏遠的郊區的話，即便是公交路線也會比較長，大家白天可以考慮自己騎車，會更加方便一些，如果有駕照還可以買一輛二手的車代步，這樣還能夠省錢。
