大學英語

08/09學年教學與管理安排

按照外語學院大學英語教研室期中教學、教務會議精神,和近期各學院及師生對教學反映。我們對大學英語08/09學年教學與管理作如下安排:

1、06級“英語視聽說”教材使用《新世紀大學英語視聽說》(上海外語教育出版社)第3、4冊。上課地點:各語言實驗室。

2、在07級“綜合英語”和“口語”課程中增加授課內容:“翻譯和寫作”;翻譯教材使用毛榮貴教授編寫的《新世紀大學英漢翻譯教程》(上海交通大學出版社)。每週課型設計:“綜合英語”2節+“口語+翻譯和寫作”2節。

3、08年級普通本科(除音樂、體育、美術類本科外)教學環節細述如下:

1)、普通本科繼續實施網絡教學。對新生入學時進行分班教學,分a、b、c三種類型。分班原則:浙江省考生按照大學聯考分數分班,外省新生按照a班佔1/4,b班佔1/2,c班佔1/4的比例,將學生劃入各模塊教學班。所用教材與07級相同。不過教學計劃應重新編寫,選擇合適的章節授課。期末統一出卷。

2)、在“口語”課中增加與專業和時事相關的口語練習內容,任課教師協作編寫口語練習教材,教學過程應體現地方性綜合大學的特點。同時落實課內“快速閱讀”練習。

3)、音樂、體育、美術類本科學生按照傳統行政班級教學,每週4節課。教材使用上海外語教育出版社全新版大學英語預備級(底起點+高起點)和綜合教程第一、二冊全套(綜合英語、閱讀、視聽說、快速閱讀)。期末統一出卷。

4)、08專生本的班級按照教學行政班級,不參加網絡模塊教學班。教材使用大學英語全新版第3、4冊的“綜合英語”、“閱讀”、“視聽說”、“快速閱讀”。每週4節課。時間1學年,期末單獨出卷。

5)08學前專科、08體育高職按照教學行政班級教學教材使用大學英語全新版預備級(底起點+高起點)“綜合英語”、“閱讀”、“視聽說”、“快速閱讀”。 每週4節課。時間1學年,期末單獨出卷。

4、認真總結一年來網絡教學改革,努力撰寫教學科研論文。教研室將對諸如論文版面費給以適度補貼。

國家定向培養計劃少數民族高層次骨幹人才攻讀

碩士學位研究生(應屆考生 )定向協議書

甲方(培養單位): 北京外國語大學

乙方(定向省、自治區、直轄市教育行政部門):丙方(定向生本人):

根據2014年《少數民族高層次骨幹人才計劃》招生管理辦法,就丙方攻讀碩士學位研究生事宜,甲、乙、丙三方經協商達成如下協議:

一、甲方爲乙方錄取丙方爲2014年專業攻讀碩士學位研究生。

二、甲方根據《普通高等學校學生管理規定》對丙方進行管理,按培養方案對丙方進行培養。甲方向丙方發放碩士研究生普通獎學金。丙方學習期滿、符合碩士研究生畢業條件,甲方准予畢業,符合碩士學位授予條件,甲方授予碩士學位。丙方學習結束離校後,甲方可將丙方的畢業證書、碩士期間檔案等一併直接寄送乙方。

三、丙方黨、團組織關係轉入基礎培訓學校,基礎培訓結業考覈合格後轉入甲方,丙方在甲方的學習結束後,丙方必須回到乙方所在省、自治區、直轄市就業。且服務年限不得少於5年。 乙方負責指導丙方就業。

四、丙方必須遵守學籍管理規定等各項規章制度,按時完成學業。丙方在校期間若受警告、記過、留校察看等處分,由甲方通知乙方。丙方中途退學、受開除學籍處分,或因其他原因不宜繼續學習,由甲方依據有關規定處理。丙方在學期間欲變動學籍(休學、延期畢業等),須提供乙方的同意證明,否則不予辦理。

五、丙方第一學年須到教育部指定的基礎強化培訓基地進行培訓,考覈合格後方可進入甲方繼續碩士學位培養階段學習。

六、本協議一式三份,經甲、乙、丙三方簽字並蓋公章後,自丙方取得正式學籍(到民族碩士基礎強化培訓基地報到)之日起生效。甲、乙、丙三方各持有一份,按本協議執行全部條款。

七、違約情形及處理

丙方有以下情況,乙方有權追究其相應的違約責任:

畢業後未按本協議去定向省、自治區、直轄市工作的,應在違約處理決定公佈後1個月內,一次性向乙方退還所享受的免費教育經費、普通獎學金,並繳納該費用50%的違約金。

八、未盡事宜,由甲、乙、丙三方分別簽訂補充協議。
