技校生就業問題

一、大學生就業難的主要原因

本人認爲導致技校生就業難的主要原因包括以下幾方面:

1.高技校畢業生人數迅速增加大學畢業生也在迅速增加,待就業學生羣體增大,從2014年到2014年全國的高校畢業生人數由115萬增長到495萬,翻了兩番多,2014年畢業生就業率爲70%,2014年畢業生就業率爲73%,2014年畢業生的就業率是72.6%。每年淨增待就業人數不斷增加,技校生求職就業的壓力也在逐年增加。

2.準備不足,生涯模糊,技校生就業不是到了大三才開始準備,而應在進入技校的第一天就有思想基礎。一年級瞭解自我,二年級鎖定感興趣的職業有目的提升職業修養初步完成學生到職業者的角色轉換。我們在調查分析中發現學生,對市場變化、社會變化關心度較低,注意力和精力較多的放在學習以外的事情上了。

3.技校生盲目擇業現象嚴重,技校生在預就業階段,比較迷茫,對就業信心不足,在就業區域、就業單位性質、就業崗位選擇方面矛盾突出,在期望薪酬方面仍高於企業對其預期,同時,社會需求變化,供需結構性矛盾增強,“有業不就”和“無業可就”共存,而且,部分技校生的職業價值觀存在問題。

4.對學校老師、家長依賴性強,創造力弱。學生在就業過程中對學校的老師依賴,希望老

師能夠幫助他們落實單位,或者是幫助他們解決在就業過程中遇到的所有問題,有些時候我們看到人才市場找工作的大學生後面經常有家長陪伴,與用人單位談話,家長急於先介紹,這種長期以來養成的依賴性,嚴重影響了技校生就業意向成交率。

近幾年,從我國技校生就業情況來看,社會上出現了越來越多的失業技校,亦出現“畢業就失業的現象”,這是社會競爭之趨勢,有其存在的客觀原因,但最主要的原因是其主觀原因:學生綜合能力素質不符合社會需要、就業創業能力薄弱、不能很好的適應當今社會發展的需要。作爲學校的教育工作者,要培養和提高大學生的就業創業能力,在大衆化教育背景下,培養學生成爲“寬口徑、厚基礎、高素質、強能力”高素質複合型人才的需要。

二、對策研究

1.大學生要轉變傳統就業觀念,走向市場

目前我國的技校生教育已經由“精英階段”進入“大衆教育”,因此,今天的大學生在擇業的過程中應該改變傳統的“等、靠、要”心理和“一步到位、終生不變”的就業心態;應調整自己的目標,樹立市場經濟條件下的競爭觀念和就業新觀念;同時注意提高自身能力。主動多方面尋找就業機會和就業渠道。

2.學校要改革教育模式,積極開展校企合作,培養高層次人才

一方面,技校應充分了解市場信息,把辦學規模和專業設置與市場接軌,靈活的調整專業設置和專業結構,另一方面,主動與市場、社會接軌,考慮與相關部門和企業聯合。在專業課程設置、招生規模大小等方面與企業等進行協商,與此同時引導學生及早了解、參與企業活動。

3.有效開展就業指導,全過程指導學生

技校應建立健全就業指導服務機構,建立動態的崗位需求信息庫,廣泛向社會、學生髮布,收集各類案例,開展畢業生就業的跟蹤調查,開展就業指導課程教學的改革和研究工作,同時組織企業家的專家講座團協助學校就業指導機構開展工作。

三、拓寬學生就業途徑,增加就業競爭力

1.在課堂教學中以就業爲導向,幫助學生樹立正確的就業觀

無論是教師在課堂授課還是輔導員開展思想政治教育,都應在教學教育中滲透就業指導思想,加強專業教育、激發學生興趣,提高學生理論聯繫實際的實踐能力。

2.加強學風建設,鼓勵學生考級、考證

大衆化教育背景下,整個社會對人才的要求越來越高,人才競爭越來越激烈。企業對學生的要求不僅是一張文憑,更希望學生有較強的專業基礎知識和專業技能和實踐操作能力。因此,大學生的憂患意識、危機意識和求知意識也越來越強烈,他們對自己的要求也在不斷更新。抓緊時間參加外語、計算機基本技能證書的考證工作,另外,參加專業技能證書的考試,爲自己走上工作崗位拓寬知識面,增加就業砝碼。

3.開展豐富多彩的校園文化活動,提升學生的就業能力

學生通過參加社團活動拓寬自己的社交圈,讓自己認識更多的同學,爲自己踏上社會建立良好的人際關係奠定基礎;參加與專業相結合的活動,能夠在活動中加強對專業的認同感,提高自己的專業知識水平。學院和系部舉辦的各類文體活動,爲學生搭建舞臺,展示他們多才多藝的風采,樹立他們的自信心。以社團、專業活動和各項文體競賽的推進,強化校園文化活動育人的功能,培養學生的綜合素質,促進大學生成長成才。

4.利用社會實踐增強學生的動手能力

學生從實踐中獲得的不僅是知識更有研究的方法和能力,社會實踐是大學生認識社會、瞭解社會、服務社會的有效途徑。一方面社會實踐與教學相結合,通過參觀企業見習瞭解企業對學生崗位情況,另外有專業教師參與的教學實踐,加強社會實踐基地建設,讓學生熟悉業務,瞭解企業流程;同時,社會實踐以三下鄉和進社區活動爲載體,開展社會調查、暑期社會實

踐、社會服務等活動,引導大學生積極投生於社會主義新農村建設,促進社會和諧,提高大學生的社會適應能力。

5.加強創業教育,培養學生創業意識,鼓勵學生自主創業

高職院校作爲人才輸送機構,在人才培養方面必須注意與市場接軌,培養適應市場經濟和社會發展的人才,開展創業教育能夠培養學生創業意識,開發和提升學生創業基本素質。使學生具備創業實踐活動所需要的知識、能力和心理素質,從而緩解壓力拓寬就業途徑。首先,學校通過組織創業計劃大賽的形式,培養學生創新創業精神,改變大學生的就業觀念,創業活動作爲企業的孵化器,由創業者可根據企業給定的項目進行策劃,以項目組的名義,組織人力、物力、財力開展創業活動,在策劃活動中加以財務分析,邀請企業人事作爲專家,對創業計劃的可行性和創新性提出質疑幫助他們完善各自的創業計劃。第二,學校開設大學生創業課程選修課程,掌握基本的創業知識。第三,邀請成功的創業人事和校友成業成功者談創業經歷,鼓勵學生敢於創業。最後,開展創業演講和創業論壇等活動。
