世界上的運動有很多種，其中我最喜歡的運動是一個需要水的運動叫“游泳”。

游泳前要先換泳裝或泳褲，戴泳帽及泳鏡，下水前還要做暖身操，做暖身操是爲了預防游泳時抽筋，纔不會有溺水的情形發生。

我喜歡游泳因爲可以除了運動之外又可以玩水，而且夏天泡在冷水裏全身涼爽舒暢，滿身的暑氣，全都消失不見了。如果又喝一杯冰冰涼涼的可樂，那真是一件心曠神怡的事，游泳的那一天晚上特別好睡覺喔。

游泳不但可以消暑，還可以運動強身，是一項令人喜歡的運動，暑假就快到了，真希望媽媽能幫我和妹妹報名參加游泳課，讓我遊個痛快！
