最後，小王子來到了地球，在地球上遇到了蛇、狐狸、玫瑰花、搬道工、店員，其中小王子馴養了那隻狐狸，最後，還是和狐狸很傷心的分手了，最後，就遇到了飛行員，轉眼間，8天過去了，最後，飛行員修好了引擎，但是，飛行員和小王子也要分手了，小王子很傷心的離開了，飛行員也很傷心。

剛看到這本書時，我笑了，它簡直是太幼稚了。但，看着看着，我笑不出來了。也許這就是幼稚的童言力量啊！最後的結尾把我感動了，因爲小王子爲了一朵花，爲了一線純潔的童心，竟然可以捨棄自己的身軀回到有自己那朵玫瑰花的星球。

小王子開始去遊覽學習，他遊歷了衆多星球。第一個星球那裏住着滿心控制慾的國王、自以爲是的自大狂、矛盾的滑稽統治者。明明他沒有一個臣民，卻那麼驕傲自 大； 接下來是一名虛榮心十分強的人，他以爲凡是經過這裏的人全都他的崇拜者，這是多麼愚蠢的想法！邏輯有問題而又憂心重重的酒鬼、忠於職責的燈夫……小王子更 加憂傷了——他不明白他們都在追求些什 麼，權利、虛榮、利益、僵化的知識？小王子最後到了地球，在沙漠中爲了一隻小羊他 遇見了飛機的飛行員。飛行員慢慢了解了小王子，也明白了他的愛——擁有了自己的玫 瑰，就擁有了自己的世界。爲了回去看玫瑰，小王子捨棄了自己的身軀，飛回了自己的 星球，守護着自己的愛戀……

故事中的小王子是孤獨的，在他心情低落的時候，他會看日落。只有欣賞日落時那脈脈含情的餘暉，纔是他唯一的樂趣。他曾一天看了四十三次日落，因爲他心裏充滿了無盡的孤獨和憂傷。有幸的是一朵玫瑰進入了她的生活，玫瑰有着沉靜的柔情，她是一朵美麗而且非常驕傲的花。可是小王子是敏感的，他因爲玫瑰的一次惱怒而對愛生起懷疑，他離開了自己的星星，開始了自己孤單的旅行。

幸運的是，他來到了地球，碰到了小狐狸，並且在小狐狸的要求下馴養了她。它說，如果小王子馴養了它，它的生活就會變得與衆不同。她會辨認出一種特別的腳步聲。其他的腳步聲會使她躲到地下去，而小王子的腳步聲就會象音樂一樣讓她從洞裏走出來。它知道小王子終究是要離開的，但它不難過，只因爲曾經擁有過。當它看到麥子，它會想到小王子金黃的頭髮，想起與小王子在一起的日子。

是狐狸告訴小王子，他的玫瑰是獨一無二的，它教會了小王子愛。同時，他也要離開小狐狸去承擔他對玫瑰的責任。狐狸最終還是送走了小王子，並且告訴他，本質質東西用眼睛是看不到的，要用心去看。
