九年級優生輔導措施

1、把優生分配給各科任教師進行全程跟蹤輔導。具本分配任務如下：班主任劉水航對全體優生負責，科任每人負責一名優生：胡曉君由張曉老師負責、陳一嵐由吳永彪負責、聶栩晴由劉潮安老師負責，萬金豪由何燕如老師負責，劉鈺冰由陳小芬老師負責。

2、各科任老師要重視優生的培養和輔導，反思自己在培優過程中可能存在的問題，改進培優方法，爭取優生在自己的科目中不落後，學科成績能達到a班的學科平均分。

3、各科任老師要認真分析這次增城市一模的成績表，找出優生在自己任教科目中存在的問題。任課老師要善於針對學生的學習情況，分析優生學習上可能存在的問題，做到有的放矢地對這部分學生進行點撥和講解，努力做到把教師的教與學生的學有機地結合起來，培養學生髮現自身問題和解決問題的能力，鼓勵優生主動問老師，同時爲他們指出學科努力前進的方向，充分發揮自身優勢，指導好這部分優生做好最後階段的複習應考工作。

8、幫助優生認識自己，做好學生的思想工作，講明要求，及時瞭解學生的思想和情況，指出其優點和不足，及時表揚和批評。注重激發學生學習的積極性、創造性，以便順利地實現教學目標，完成教學任務。要特別注重學習方法的研究和指導，以收到事半功倍的效果。

9、課堂上多給優生創造機會，爲優生適當增加題目難度，調動他們的學習積極性和讓優生獲得成功感。

10、在平時多與他們交談，關心他們學習情況及生活情況，予以關注或指導，消除一些外界因素不必要的干擾，使他們全心全意地投入到學習中去。
