i’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it, and found our young people’s advantages.

people are always taking about the problem of youth. if there is one —which i take leave doubt —then it is older people who create it, not the young themselves. there is only one difference between an old man and a young one: the young man has a glorious future before him and the old one has a splendid future behind him.

about two years ago, i was graduated in nanjing xxx university and came into xxx company and then i was assigned the department of xxx, and became an assistant of technical. i felt that i was just young and uncertain—that i was a new person in a huge factory. i felt that people use the curiosity eyes looking at me, and gave me a message that: i have a lot of problems. maybe some of them assumed that i was look like a child and too young to take this work. they often said:“you have not been born when i was join work!”others maybe assumed i was a “bookworm” and lacked practice. also the sense of responsibility maybe is another problem. i would have been very pleased to be regarded as something so interesting as a problem. for one thing, being a problem gives you a certain identity, and that is one of the things the young are busily engaged in seeking.

actually,you find young people exciting. they have an air of freedom, and they have not a dreary commitment to mean ambitions or love of comfort. they are not anxious social climbers, and they have no devotion to material things. they accept new things and knowledge very quickly, and give people the impression of sunny.

sometimes, we may be conceited, ill-mannered,fatuous or lazy. well, i acknowledge all of the young people are interesting in entertainment. they maybe dancing or singing very later in the night, and the next day they were very listless in the work. please do not turn for protection to dreary clinch about respect for elders—as if mere age were a reason for respect. we are equals, and you will argue with us, as an equal, if you thick we are wrong. if we do a mistake during the work, please think back recall when you are a fresh man in the factory. so please don not anger and give more patience guide to us just like your master worker guided you.

as the master of a company in the future, our young people must be going on learning in practice, enhance our specialized knowledge and the sense of responsibility. treasures the time and work hard, let the short youth be more meaningful!

新東方英語學習方法

方法(一)

(1)明確目的,集中精力

背誦一篇課文或者一段必須掌握的語句,最忌東張西望,漫不經心,注意力分散。如果是一篇很簡單的文字,背了幾天後仍老出錯,這肯定是用心不專的緣故。至於出現"前記後忘"的現象,則是正常的,這時千萬不要向這種暫時困難屈服而打退堂鼓。

(2)確定任務,尋找竅門

背誦一篇短文,僅僅讀幾遍是行不通的,一定要熟讀到滾瓜爛熟的程度才行。開始時可短一些,容易一些,然後作一定幅度的調整。此外,背誦時還要講究一定的技巧,熟讀課文內容,理解課文大意,不僅不會記錯和混淆,而且記住的數量也會越來越多。

(3)堅持復背,及時檢查

複習背誦的時間用得越多,記住的效果就越佳。例如,早晨背誦過的課文或知識,晚上睡前以及第二天起牀後,應進行一次復背,並在每週六或週日再作適當的溫習背誦,以後過一個月再復背一次。這樣,可保證很長一段時期不會遺忘。

(4)加強默寫,強化訓練

所謂"眼過千遍,不如手抄一遍"。採取默寫手段,可有效地鞏固已經背誦了的課文和知識,而且對加深記憶大有好處。因爲文字本身就是一種圖形和符號,經常默寫可幫助我們促進右腦的開發。如果能切實做到循序漸進,長期進行默寫訓練,那麼一定會有助於背誦的質量和效果。

方法(二)

(1)反覆閱讀與再現相結合

單純地反覆閱讀效果並不好,學習者應該在文章還沒有完全記住前積極進行嘗試再現,回憶不起來時再閱讀。這樣容易記住,而且保持時間也長。特別生疏的語句,注意多嘗試再現幾次。因爲嘗試再現是一種比閱讀更積極的智力活動,又是一種自我檢查的過程,使人更能集中精力,掌握識記內容的重點、難點,並及時改正記憶中的錯誤。

(2)試背

背誦過程中,如果出現"卡殼",應該進行追憶。追憶是有意和間接再現的形式,它需要付出很大的意志力,克服一定的困難,多方面尋找線索,進行積極靈活的思維。因此,不能一"卡殼",就立即停止背誦。

(3)熟背

文章通過理解消化,已納入自己的知識系統,語句通過熟讀試背,也已朗朗上口,如果再反覆朗讀幾遍,就能流利地背誦下來。檢查方式,除了個人和集體背誦外,還有對背,即兩人面對面同時背誦,因爲有對方干擾,可鍛鍊學生記憶的深刻性和正確性;提背,即打哪提,從哪背,提到哪,背到哪,可鍛鍊學生記憶的準確性。

(4)默寫

這也是運用內部語言背誦的一種形式,既用腦,又動手,可加深對文章的記憶。一篇文章,就這樣一段一段地把它"吃掉"。最後,遵循"整體→部分→整體"的原則,按照背誦各段的方法,再把全篇串聯起來,進行背誦。

另外,爲了使所背誦的內容長久地保持在頭腦中,以便在實踐中及時提取應用,學習者還應注意兩點:一是遵循遺忘規律,合理安排複習。既要有天天背誦檢查,又要每週集中安排一次背誦檢查。不斷強化記憶痕跡,避免其減弱或消退。二是根據識記程度對遺忘進程的影響,注意安排過度學習。實驗表明,過度學習的效果優於適度學習的效果。所謂適度學習是指在識記材料剛剛達到背誦程度就中止的學習。而過度學習是指對識記材料達到背誦之後還繼續進行學習了

我沒有什麼超人的記憶,也不屬於別人說的那種牛人,但是我就是在三個月的時間內把《新概三冊&四冊的共108篇文章全背下來了。

第一篇:過去將來時(思想準備篇)

有人會問:你爲什麼要把它背下來呢?我覺的學一學就蠻好的嗎?

故事的起因一個真實的小故事:(2014年的夏天在新東方聽到)

新東方有個學員現在在duke大學,他從高一開始背《新概念英語》第三冊,背到高三就背完了。大學聯考考進了北大,進北大後,他本來不想再背了。但當他背給同學聽的時候,其他同學都露出了羨慕的眼光,於是,爲了這種虛榮心,他就堅持背第四冊,把第三、四冊都背得滾瓜爛熟,他熟到什麼地步呢,有人把其中任何一句說出來,把能把上一句和下一句連接下去,而且語音非常標準,因爲他是模仿着磁帶來背的。後來他去了美國duke大學,他給新東方的教師寫信,老師不敢回,因爲老師對他的英文有畏懼感,他的英文學得太好,只能給他回中文信,並告訴他不是不會寫英文,而是想讓他溫習溫習中文,不要忘記祖國的語言。

這位學員到美國第一個星期寫文章,教授把他叫過去說他的文章是剽竊的,因爲他的文章寫得太好了,教授說:"我20年教書沒有教出這麼漂亮的文章來。"這個學員說,我沒有辦法證明我能寫出這麼優秀的文章,但我告訴你,我能背108篇文章,而且背得非常熟練,你想不想聽。結果,他沒有背完兩篇,教授就哭了起來,爲什麼?因爲這個教授想一想自己教了20年了,居然一篇文章也沒有背過,被中國學生背掉了,所以很難過......

從那個時候起我就有一種衝動,有一天我相信我也能將這108篇文章全背下來,看來我是做到了。我相信也會有人問:你在背誦的過程中最大的困難是什麼?我的回答就是:"堅持"。其實我能夠堅持下來也是原於一個我在《讀者》上看到的一個小故事:

古希臘哲學家蘇格拉底在給學生上第一節課的時候,要求他的學生在每天上課之前都向上揮一下手。過了一個星期,他發現已經有一半的學生不在揮手了;過了一個月,他發現只剩下三分之一在揮手;過了半年,他再看,發現最後只剩下一個人在揮手,那個人就是柏拉圖。柏拉圖後來成爲偉大的思想家和哲學家。 其實任何一件事到最後都是"簡單的重複和機械的勞動"。只要你做到了,ok你就有可能在一個領域做到很前列,甚至是number one。

第二篇:現在進行時(背誦具體策略篇)

無論我們學習什麼,都可能給自己做一個計劃或者是有一個步奏。

在很早以前就聽說過王國維的三種境界:

昨夜西風凋碧樹,獨上高樓望盡天涯路。

衣帶漸寬終不悔,爲伊消得人憔悴。

衆裏尋她前百度,慕然回首那人卻在燈火闌珊處。

這些話是不是讓你在做事情上有一定的啓發呢?

我很喜歡《毛主席詩詞》,所以我也有了用《毛主席詩詞》串聯起來我的做事三境界。

雄關漫道真如鐵,而今邁步從頭躍。(此乃第一境界)

一萬年太久,只徵朝夕。(此乃第二境界)

待到山花爛漫時,"我"在叢中笑。(此乃終極目標)

三個月的正式背誦,每天基本上是狂背10-12小時,對我來說既是一種痛苦又是一種快樂。痛苦,是因爲太累了,有時一看到《新概念》我都噁心的想吐;快樂,看着自己一天天一篇篇把這些文章背掉,那種愉悅的心情是不言而喻的。也許這就叫作"痛,並快樂這"吧。

在這個"痛,並快樂這"中我也經歷了幾個過程:

1。從小我背課文就拿者一本書在我自己的小屋裏低着頭邊走邊背(出聲背)。在一開始背《新概念》的時候我也是這樣,結果一天下來弄得我簡直是精疲力勁,而且效率不高,這種方法很快就被淘汰。

2。我發現做在自己的牀上背誦(出聲音背)效率大大的提高,這樣一天下來,感覺除了嗓子有點累還是蠻輕鬆的。就這樣我在4。30日把第三冊背完了。想想第三冊有60課我緊用了一個多月(哦,我的背誦是從2014年3。20日開始)就搞定,那麼第四冊才48課估計一個月搞定應該沒什麼問題。但是事實超出了我的預料。

3。五月一日正式開始背誦第四冊,當背到第10課(silicon vallay)的是時候我的嗓子已經受不了了,只要我一背就咳嗽,而且咳的很厲害,背誦被迫終止的5天。後來我只能不出聲音的背(就是默背),結果奇蹟出現了,我不在咳嗽了,而且我的效率提高了一倍。(也許"默背"是很多人的背誦習慣,可是多我來說就意味着要改變從"兒時"養成的背誦習慣,還是挺不容易的。)事情到此,可能也就沒有什麼可講的了。但是,在我快要把第四冊背完的時候(背到第39課what every writer wants),我遇到了一個大困難,那就是"噪音"。因爲我家是住在(天津人叫做)"大雜院"。時直夏日,人門都出來乘涼,這種生活噪音成了我的最大的敵人。背誦的速度被迫降了下來。就這樣原定第四冊最遲在6。10拿下,結果直到6。21日才全部搞定。

所以,對我而言(是否適用其他人我不敢說)背誦的最快的方法是:1。坐在一個地方 2。默背 3。儘量找噪音小的地方背。

第三篇:現在完成時(背誦過後的感覺)

《新概念英語》30年不衰說明她的確是一本好書。

1。第三冊大部分文章都會讓你覺的:這篇文章真好玩,這個故事有意思。第三冊的文章可以說都是作者象做一個精品一樣來把這個文章弄出來。如果你能背下三冊的前40篇文章,那麼你的寫作功力一定會大增。如果你說我背下來三冊前40篇了,我還是不會寫作文,那不是你問題,就是我有問題,要不就是《新概念》有問題。

2。第四冊難了。但是她究竟難在什麼地方呢?她比第三冊究竟難在哪裏呢?實際上我的感覺就是第四冊基本上都是"說明文"而第三冊可以說都是"記敘文"。所以第四冊難在她的文體上,她沒有什麼情節,而且她有自己的ideas。所以,像第44課patterns of culture 這課簡直就是超超難,她沒有什麼情節,背誦的難度非常的大。

在全世界的英語學習者的心目中,《新概念英語》可謂是一部"寶典"級的教材,如今在中國,學習《新概念英語》也已蔚然成風。那麼這部"寶典"的與衆不同之處到底體現在何處呢?《新概念英語》由英國著名的語言教育專家ander 先生編寫,歷經半個多世紀而經久不衰,因爲它可以幫助學習者在比較短的時間內全方位地提高自身的聽說讀寫譯五方面的素質。我就從這麼幾個方面幫大家分析一下學習《新概念英語》的好處和具體的學習方法:

第一部分,聽力。

大家完全可以把《新概念英語》當成是一套很好的聽力教材。《新概念英語》的配套磁帶有英音的和美音的兩種。大家可以根據自己的實際需要去選擇購買。通過《新概念英語》練習英語聽力的方法可以參考下列步驟:

第一步:不要看書,將整篇課文聽寫下來。如果有的詞聽不出來,猜測該詞應該是什麼,實在聽不出來就不勉強。隨着聽寫的增多,聽力會逐漸增強。在聽的過程中,也可加深對英語發音的認識。而且實踐證明,如果能達到一聽就懂的程度,你的腦子裏英語翻譯成漢語的現象就會消失,閱讀理解的能力一定會大大提高。

第二步:把聽寫下來的文章與原文比對,查找錯誤,知道自己錯在哪,以後今後如何避免。

第三步:跟着磁帶反覆跟讀課文。注意各單詞的讀音以及語調等問題,語音語調儘量模仿磁帶,力求接近磁帶上的。

第二部分,詞彙。

新概念教材課文裏所學習的單詞都是最基本、最常用的詞彙,所以大家一定要掌握。對於意思不太明白的,最好用英英詞典或者雙解詞典查閱並掌握其含義。

第三部分,語法和閱讀。

建議大家進行課後的習題練習和同步測試,鞏固學習內容,檢驗學習效果。尤其是,新概念每課都有一個自己的核心語法內容,這就要求學生要將每課的這一個語法掌握。如果個別同學感覺自己的語法和閱讀水平較差的,最好選擇一些與自己水平相當的語法教材和英語分級閱讀讀物來進行課外學習,以提高英語實力。

第四部分,寫作。

很多人不知道如何借學習新概念來提高自己的寫作能力,其實這也是有法可循的。你可以在接觸一篇新的課文前,先不要看它的英文,而是根據它的中文翻譯自己寫再翻譯成英語,然後再和原文對照,這樣一經對比,就可以找到自己寫作的弱點和問題,及時修正,日久積累,從而獲得提高。特別是第三冊和第四冊裏面的一些美文,就爲大家提供了相當好的寫作方法和經典範文。

在學習過程中,背誦一些經典課文將對英語的記憶、理解非常有益。尤其對於英語初學者而言,通過背誦課文可以加深對英語的記憶,在頭腦中形成固定的記憶區域,這是一個由量變到質變的過程。很多經典的句型、語法、詞彙,通過背誦課文,都可以十分有效地長駐背誦者心中,這樣一來,同學們的閱讀、語法和寫作,能夠同時得到提高。
