一、知識目標:學生掌握比較級的基本句型

①.A +be + as+形容詞原級 + as + B.

A + 實義動詞 + as+副詞原級 + as + B .

“ A與B一樣…”(A與B爲屬於同一類)

②A + be + not+ as+形容詞原級 + as + B.

“A不如B…… 。”

③A + 助動詞/情態動詞 + not+ as+副詞原級 + as + B.

“A做……不如B…… 。”

二、技能目標:學生通過聽、說、思考三個角度對同級進行比較學習,從而能夠在情境中運用基本句型對事物從不同角度進行對比。

三、情感目標:以猜謎的形式導入聽力練習,通過對西遊記中典型人物角色的對比進行操練,培養學生跨文化意識,提高對英語學習的興趣。

學情分析

授課對象爲八年級上學期學生,且他們在已經瞭解什麼是形容詞副詞以及比較級變化規則且瞭解比較級基本句型的基礎上,對同級比較進行學習,同時學習區別修飾原級和比較級的程度副詞。

Teaching procedures 教學過程

Step 1 Leading in

(listen and guess)

Listen a material, complete the blanks then guess what I saw in the zoo.

(利用猜謎的遊戲進行聽的練習同時導入同級比較的相關表達。)

After listen check the answer.

Step 2 presentation

Task 1:Ask students to observe the expression of listening material. Lead them to find out adjectives and pay attention to the structure.

They can find “very long/not as long as”

Show the rules of the positive degree.

1、very、so、quite、too等詞後接原級

2、as… as中間用原級表示“…一樣…”

句型:A +be + as+形容詞原級 + as + B.

A + 實義動詞 + as+副詞原級 + as + B .

3、not so/as+原級+as

表示“不如…”

句型:A + be + not+ as+形容詞原級 + as + B.

A + 助動詞/情態動詞 + not+ as+副詞原級 + as + B.

Task 2:learn about the comparative degree which is the similar expression with positive degree.

Ask students to pay attention to “even faster”

1、much、a lot、a little a bit、even 、far等詞可以修飾形容詞比較級。

2、less+原級+than 表示“不如…”

Step3

Comparing and Thinking

Task 1:students look at picture and compare themby using positive degree or comparative degree.

(對西遊記中人物進行對比,要求學生使用原級和比較級中的句型進行對比。)

Give students some questions for tips.

Then Teacher gives examples.

Task 2:With the help of my examples, ask students to observe how I compare one with the other.(appearances/personality)

What any other aspect can we compare one with the other by?

Task 3:Think about the question“How can we compare one with the other?”show students some tips.

Step 4 Summary

Show a short video and ask Ss to review what we’ve learnt this class.

Step 5 Homework

Make a comparison among people around you,and try to find more similarities and differences among them.
